Amazon Connect is announcing 10 telephony rate reductions for customers in Argentina, Chile, Mexico, and Peru from the US East (N. Virginia) and US West (Oregon) regions.
Outbound dialing rates are reduced in:
Argentina by 19% from $0.2306 to $0.1866 per minute
Chile by 64% from $0.1952 to $0.0703 per minute
Mexico by 26% from $0.0442 to $0.0326 per minute
Peru by 80% from $0.2051 to $0.0400 per minute
Toll free Inbound Minute rates in Mexico are reduced by 50% from $0.1100 to $0.0550 per minute.
