You can now manage custom tags for quantum tasks and notebooks directly in the Amazon Braket console. A tag is a simple label consisting of a customer-defined key and value pair. The ability to attach tags such as owner name, project, or cost center makes it easier for you to organize your resources into categories that are useful to you.
Previously, customers had the ability to manage tags for quantum task resources only, using the AWS Command Line Interface (CLI) and the Amazon Braket SDK. Now you can associate tags with more resource types and create and manage them when working in the console. You can navigate to a task to see the list of tags associated with it and add, remove, or modify a tag. You now also have the option to tag a notebook upon creation in the console, and manage its associated tags, for example to associate multiple notebooks with a single experiment.
Amazon Braket is a fully managed quantum computing service that helps customers explore potential applications of current quantum computing technologies. This functionality is available in all regions where Amazon Braket is available. You can learn more about Amazon Braket here.
