Today, we announced the DevSecOps category for the AWS DevOps Competency. These AWS Partners provide DevSecOps products to help customers integrate security policies and guardrails into their CI/CD pipelines.
Identifying and addressing a security issue early on in the development lifecycle reduces risk, cost and improves productivity. AWS DevSecOps partner solutions provide multiple layers of protection across all stages of the application development and delivery. They scan application code, infrastructure code, and cloud configurations for security standards or policy violations; monitor applications at runtime; help run security testing; scan 3rd party libraries for supply chain vulnerabilities; and provide protection and remediation against any violations.
To make it easier for customers to find validated partners with DevSecOps software products, we are excited to introduce the new AWS DevOps Competency DevSecOps category.
These partners have demonstrated technical proficiency and proven customer success delivering software products that help customers integrate security across every stage of the development and delivery cycles, providing rapid and contextual feedback to development, security and ops teams.
