We are excited to announce that Amazon SageMaker Automatic Model Tuning is now available in the Europe (Milan), Africa (Cape Town), Asia Pacific (Osaka), and Asia Pacific (Jakarta) regions.
SageMaker Automatic Model Tuning (AMT) reduces time and effort to tune your machine learning (ML) models by eliminating the heavy lifting required to search the optimal hyperparameters for more accurate models. SageMaker AMT finds the best version of your ML model by running many training jobs on the dataset using the specific ranges of hyperparameters that you provide for your algorithm and selecting the optimal hyperparameter values that result in a model that performs the best, as measured by a metric that you choose.
