Now generally available, AWS Supply Chain is a cloud-based application that helps supply chain leaders mitigate risks and lower costs to increase supply chain resilience. AWS Supply Chain unifies supply chain data, provides machine learning (ML)–powered connectors and actionable insights, and offers built-in contextual collaboration. It is designed to help you increase customer service levels by reducing stock outs and help you lower costs from overstock.

AWS Supply Chain provides a real-time visual map feature showing inventory selection, quantity, and health in each location, ML-powered insights, and targeted watchlists to alert you to potential risks. When a risk is uncovered, AWS Supply Chain provides inventory rebalancing recommendations and built-in contextual collaboration tools that streamline coordination across teams to implement solutions. AWS Supply Chain connects to your existing enterprise resource planning (ERP) and supply chain management systems, all without replatforming, upfront licensing fees, or long-term contracts.

Previously available in preview, AWS Supply Chain now boasts several new capabilities, including access to AWS Supply Chain Insights alerts from the supply chain network map view, support for nine languages across 24 locales, the enhanced ability to connect to SAP S/4HANA instances using AWS PrivateLink or OAuth credentials, and automatic normalization of various date-time formats into the ISO-8601 standard to reduce errors caused by inconsistent date-time data.

AWS Supply Chain is available in the following AWS Regions: US East (N. Virginia), US West (Oregon), and Europe (Frankfurt).
