AWS introduces an enhanced co-sell experience for AWS Partners using APN Customer Engagements (ACE).
Partners using ACE Pipeline Manager will now have the option to use differentiated opportunity management workflows based on whether they need co-sell support or are solely submitting an opportunity for visibility. This enhanced flow gives partners the flexibility to ask for support where needed and helps AWS Sales team prioritize partner support by classifying deals as net new engagements or expansions. This launch provides parity across both partner and AWS originated referrals and unifies the partner sales motion overall.
Additionally, the new end-to-end deal management experience integrates with AWS Marketplace and provides insights on the likelihood of a customer completing the sale through AWS Marketplace Private Offers. This focus on deal management through AWS Marketplace, solution tagging, linked accounts and private offers —accelerates deal closure through prescriptive guidance and next step recommendations.
