We are announcing that Amazon for RDS SQL Server is reducing the price of R5 and R6i instance for both On-Demand and Reserved DB instances prices on Standard Edition in Asia Pacific (Osaka).
The On-Demand prices have been reduced by 20% across both deployment options of Single-AZ and Multi-AZ for R5 and R6i in Asia Pacific (Osaka). The price reduction is effective as of 2/1/2024. The Reserved DB instances purchased after 1/31/2024 will have the updated prices.
