AWS Lambda functions powered by AWS Graviton2 processors are now available in the AWS GovCloud (US) Regions. With up to 34% better price-performance, functions running on AWS Graviton are ideal for powering mission critical Serverless applications.
AWS Lambda functions on AWS Graviton2, using an Arm-based processor architecture, are designed to deliver improved performance at 20% lower cost for a variety of Serverless workloads, such as web and mobile backends, data, and media processing. Customers can configure existing x86-based functions to target the AWS Graviton processor or create new functions powered by AWS Graviton using the Console, API, AWS CloudFormation and AWS CDK.
