Tips to troubleshoot common issues

Download and save the document in from your web browser. You will not be able to open the full report in your web browser.
Do not enter your password, if prompted, in a web browser; Instead, following download, open the report in Adobe Acrobat Reader and then enter your password to open embedded full report.

1. Click on or copy/paste the report link in the email to open the report in your preferred web browser (Some customers have issues using Chrome, please try a different browser, such as Internet Explorer or Firefox).
2. Download the document in your web browser, and then save or open the document in Reader. Depending on the web browser you are using, refer to the screenshots for guidance.
3. Following download, open the report directly in Reader (you cannot view the full report in your web browser).
4. Right-click and select “Show Navigation Pane Buttons” – where you should be able to see paperclip icons/the attachments.
5. Double-click on the paperclip to open full report (password required).
6. Have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader Installed.
