Sign in to the AWS Management Console.

Step 2

The Artifact Console will list all available AWS Compliance Reports. Please note that you may need to request approval from Amazon for some reports. Requests are reviewed and approved by Amazon within 24 hours.

Step 3

Select the report you would like to access. Some reports require you to agree to non-disclosure terms prior to downloading. Click Accept and Download and the reports will be downloaded to your computer.

Note: If it is your first time using AWS Artifact, you may need to request approval from Amazon for some reports. Requests are reviewed and approved by Amazon within 24 hours.

Step 2

You can download the AWS Compliance Reports at any time by logging into the console. New AWS Compliance Reports are automatically added to AWS Artifact as they become available. If you would like to share the reports with other individuals in your organization, or with your auditors, follow the steps below in "Share Audit Artifacts".

Do you want to share AWS Compliance Reports?

You can easily share AWS Compliance Reports with your team and/or auditors by providing them with properly configured IAM credentials:

Step 1

Sign in to the Identity and Access Management (IAM) console.

Step 2

Create a permissions policy that gives access to specific AWS Artifact documents. For example, if your auditors only require access to AWS’ SOC reports, you can grant access to just the AWS SOC reports. Refer to the AWS Artifact documentation for guidance.

Step 3

Create a new IAM Group specifically for your team and/or auditors.

You can create as many groups as necessary to properly control who has access to the AWS Compliance Reports.

Step 2

Create and add IAM Users to the new group.

Make sure that you add an IAM User for yourself so that you can be a group administrator.
