Q: How do I get access to the AWS Public Sector Symposium Rome?

A: If you have successfully registered, in order to receive your badge to access AWS Public Sector Symphosium Rome you must show the QR code contained in the confirmation email that will be sent to you shortly before the event, as well as a valid photo ID issued by the government.

Q: Is there an AWS Public Sector Symposium Rome app?

A: The AWS Public Sector Symphosium Roma app is now available for download and allows you to see the agenda and all the sessions as well as to manage your calendar during the day of the event and much more.

Q: What options will be available for those hard of hearing?

A: All rooms are equipped with amplification systems for those with hearing difficulties, as well as special reserved seats in the front rows. If you need additional assistance, please contact us here as soon as possible.

Q: How is my data processed and shared?

A: If you consent to a Sponsor's scanning of your badge or a session promoted by a Sponsor, AWS will be permitted to share your name, email address, home address (including street name and number, city, county, zip code and country), phone number, job title and company so that you can receive marketing communications from the Sponsor via email, telephone number and land mail.

This consent is optional, as you can choose not to show your badge. If you have questions, please refer to the AWS Privacy Notice. Q: Who should take part in the AWS Public Sector Symphosium Rome?

A: Whether you're new to the cloud or an experienced user, you'll learn something new at an AWS Symposium. These events, held all over the world, are designed to train new customers on the use of AWS cloud services and to offer existing customers technical content and best practices to use AWS services in the most effective way.

All AWS Symposiums include a Keynote in which AWS Executives share the main market trends and the main news in the AWS world. The Keynote includes personal stories from local customers. The event also includes Technical Sessions led by AWS experts. By participating, you will have the chance to learn more about methodologies and processes for migrating applications to AWS, optimizing performance, monitoring cloud resources, managing security, cutting costs, and much more. You'll also have the chance to meet AWS experts and partners to receive answers to your questions.

Q: Do you accept proposals to participate as a Speaker or to present ideas for sessions?

A: We are currently not accepting additional Speakers for AWS Public Sector Symphosium Rome or content proposals for sessions. However, we always appreciate feedback from our customers.

Q: How can I register?

A: Click on the “Register for free” button at the top to begin the registration process. Availability is limited, so book your spot as soon as possible.

Q: What is included in the AWS Public Sector Symposium Rome registration?

A: Registering for AWS Public Sector Symposium Rome gives you access to the opening Keynote and all sessions in the Tracks. You will also have access to the Expo area where you can meet the many Partners of the AWS Partner Network (APN) and AWS experts and to all the activities of the program. Lunch is free and included in participation.

Q: How much does it cost to register?

A: Participation in AWS Public Sector Symposium Rome is free subject to registration.

Q: Will I also need to register for sessions in the Tracks?

A: During the AWS Public Sector Symposium Rome, you will not need to make additional registrations in order to participate in the sessions. The sessions will be freely accessible, subject to registration for the event and to availability.

A: La Nuvola has facilities to ensure access for people with disabilities by means of lifts connecting the main access (street level) to level -1 and from there to all other levels.

A: For special dietary needs, you should contact us at least two weeks before the start of the event so that we can meet your request.
