Q: Who should attend AWS Summit Stockholm?

A: Whether you are new to the cloud or an experienced user, you will learn something new at the AWS Summit. These events, held around the world, are designed to educate new customers about the AWS platform and offer existing customers deep technical content to be more successful with AWS.

All AWS Summits feature a keynote address highlighting the latest announcements and customer testimonials, technical sessions led by AWS engineers, and hands-on technical training. You will learn best practices for deploying applications on AWS, optimizing performance, monitoring cloud resources, managing security, cutting costs, and more. You will also have opportunities to meet AWS staff and partners to get your technical questions answered.

Q: What is the conference agenda?

A: The full AWS Summit Stockholm agenda will be published shortly.

Q: What languages are the sessions in?

A: All sessions will be presented in English.

Q: Do you accept submissions for speakers/session ideas?

A: At this time, we do not accept submissions for AWS Summit speakers or session content although we always appreciate customer feedback.



Q: How do I register?

A: Click on the "Register now" button above to start the registration process. Space is limited so reserve your free seat today.

Q: Where is my confirmation email?

A: If you have registered, you should receive a confirmation email shortly after registering. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder. Once you have checked your spam folder, if you still haven't received your confirmation email, please contact us.

Q: What is included in the Summit registration?

A: AWS Summit Stockholm registration gives you access to the keynote, all breakout sessions, the Partner Solutions Expo and closing reception. Meals offered include lunch and snacks.

Q: What is the price of registration?

A: Registration for the AWS Summit Stockholm is free.

Q: How do I update my registration information?

A: To update your registration information please contact us.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: You may cancel your AWS Summit Stockholm registration by contacting us. Note, we will go ahead and cancel your ticket, but we will not confirm your cancellation by email.

Q: Will I need to register myself for each breakout session?

A: Onsite at the AWS Summit Stockholm, breakout sessions will be filled on a first-come, first-seated basis. As seats are not guaranteed, there is no need to pre-register. However, we recommend taking advantage of the scheduling tools on AWS Summit mobile app to help you organize your day.

Attending the Event


Q: Other than registering, what else do I need to bring to the event? 

A: AWS Summit attendees must show a valid ID to enter the event venue. Please ensure the name on your registration matches the name on your ID. Should you need to update the name on your registration, please contact us. Preferred forms of ID include driving licenses, national ID cards, and passports. If these cannot be provided, a valid credit card or business ID can be used.

Accessibility & Special Requirements


Q: What accessibility accommodations are available?

A: The AWS Summit Stockholm venue, Stockholmsmässan, has been designed to make everyone’s visit as productive and comfortable as possible. Read more about the facility’s accessibility here.

If you need additional assistance or have accessibility requests, please contact us at least one week prior to the event. Every effort will be made to provide reasonable accommodations..

Q: What special dietary requirements are accommodated?

A: Vegetarian and limited gluten free options are available and labelled at lunch area.

Executive Track


Q: What is the Executive Track?

A: The Executive Track is held during the AWS Summit Stockholm and contains a series of sessions for executives and leaders responsible for driving organizational change. We have invited opted-in decision makers in our database to join this Track. If you want to learn more and register for the Executive Track check out this page.



Q: What information will be shared with sponsors?

A: If you offer to have your badge scanned by a sponsor or at a sponsor-branded session, you are requesting AWS share your name, email address, country, title, and company with that sponsor so it may contact you by email for marketing purposes. This is optional - you may choose not to offer your badge. For questions, please refer to the AWS Privacy Notice. You may unsubscribe from the sponsor’s marketing communications at any time by contacting the sponsor. Providing the sponsor with your information may involve transferring it to another country. For questions about how the sponsor will handle your information, please contact the sponsor directly or refer to its privacy policy.
