Input data will be read from S3 by HealthOmics or Batch, and analysis results will be written back to S3. Depending on the client’s needs, pre- and post-processing can be handled by a combination of EventBridge, Lambda, and Step Functions. CloudFormation dashboards can be created for viewing the status of in-progress or completed workflows.
