What do you like best about the product?
The ongoing effort to enhance to overall product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of ability to put more effort into the smaller issues reported by clients and other VARs and ISVs that would provide more day to day benefits to the users that the larger items coming out in 20R2 won't necessarily affect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Programming is definitely much more enhanced using the Acumatica framework than in our legacy product.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like the steady upgrades that are always being made to Acumatica; they truly do listen to feedback to see what improvements can be made and are not lack in making and launching them; quite different from other ERP systems I've used in the past. Particularly I LOVE LOVE LOVE the newest feature in the 2020 R2 upgrade that allows automatic reading of invoices that can easily be sent to Acumatica from your Outlook and with literally the touch of a button be converted into an AP with accurate information generating! FANTASTIC!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is the fact that error messages within Acumatica are not always easy to understand. I have found that many do not tell you exactly what is wrong and how to fix it. For instance, when doing imports, sometimes you get an error message with the details of what from the import template is wrong but sometimes it will just say that there is an error. When you have many columns on our template, this could take more time than necessary to figure out what's wrong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The support feature allows us to easily track support cases, whose assigned to them and where they are in the workflow.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Continue to listen to the feedback provided and make necessary upgrades as this seems to set Acumatica a part from other ERP systems.

Acumatica is a great platform, it allows ease of use for the user. every launch of a new version is packed with upgrades needed to help the users grow and use the software
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Acumatica had a better payroll platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major problem Acumatica solves is having the software be complete for the company use.
Excellent integration experience
What do you like best about the product?
Very powerful cloud ERP. Lot's of integration possibilities and I like the fact that it is compatible with C# projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far nothing. I find this to be a very powerful cloud ERP that offers a lot right out of the box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating an EDI integration with Acumatica. Our company was able to create a C# project directly in Acumatica that connects with our internal EDI hub.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've worked with Dynamics ERP's and SAP and I feel Acumatica is definitely an ERP worth considering.

Remote working capability and adoption of leading edge technology like Machine Learning
What do you dislike about the product?
At times features are incomplete, warehouse software has some rough edges with real world applications in picking/shipping

What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica is very simple to use , i like the fact that accessing my reports is so easy as they are within each module as compared to other legacy systems where i have to journey through to the reports module.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sluggish on accessing /refreshing when clicking or saving an item.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Service module for my field engineers.Engineers can work from anywhere.

This is a true cloud ERP. Very easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
It can be accessible from anywhere and has good security features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving issues involving integrating ERP with other platforms. Acumatica has very robust APIs.

A great option for the current times of remote work.
Very Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is very intuitive. Having implemented several other ERP systems, I was able to login to Acumatica for the first time, find my way around, and complete transactions very easily without training. This will translate into a pleasant training and user adoption experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software is still growing with each release, so it is getting better and better, but some capabilities are not there yet that we looked for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The manufacturing module will bring a lot of benefit to the organization.

Acumatica is supported by a partner network for implementations. Find the right partner with industry experience, geographic capabilities, and personalities that match your organization.
Great experience with the Acumatica solution
What do you like best about the product?
Easy interface to train our staff on, full cloud solution, great support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ecommerce side is not fully built out, and Magento 2 integration is lacking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to upgrade our accounting system and wanted to have everything in the cloud, secured. We were able to accomplish this with the help of Acumatica.

What do you like best about the product?
The overall usability and enhancement are allowing the product to grow in ways I would have never imagined possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
When a site goes down Acumatica doesn't allows give you a straight answer on what has happened.
