What do you like best about the product?
I like that Acumatica's different editions, pricing, and its usability has given us the resource we needed to help more small businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. Acumatica and their team have been very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Acumatica we can help businesses that are growing and are running their business on several platforms that do not communicate nor can keep up with their growth.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have a demo presentation. You will be surprised with the usability of the software and you will see that it has all the functionalities that you need for your business with a great pricing model. The Acumatica partners and resellers really work together and provide amazing service to their clients.
Great Product that keeps getting better!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, even the more advanced features like importing and generic inquiry creation were easy to learn and are very helpful tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Feels like some areas are still lacking depth, for example it was great to hear that a recent list would be available in 2020R2 as that seemed like a very basic feature that should have been available from early on. More detailed information in the User Security area would be nice, I often have to guess at what permissions might be needed to access an area (may just be unfamiliarity still on my part though). Last, there are frequent areas where you have to reload the page to see updated info (for example using "update all" to change a value).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated AR Invoicing through the Project Billing, integration back to our project management tool giving financial insight to everyone dynamically.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get a good partner, we implemented very quickly and have excellent ongoing support through our partner.

What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica's responsiveness. As a publisher, they are unequaled in their dedication and follow-through to listen to, and react to, the feedback of their customers and partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Keeping up with a rapidly-evolving product is tough to document - and document well and consistently. There are times where Help files, training content or other auxiliary sources of information do not align with the the actual user experience. This is an area of opportunity for Acumatica to focus on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing our company's diverse needs, across many locations, product lines and partner agreements. For our company's customers, Acumatica puts an end to dead-end spreadsheets that used to prevent seamless workflows and integrated reporting. Thank goodness for less spreadsheets!
Great Overall Product that is always growing
What do you like best about the product?
What I love about Acumatica is it makes sense. It is obvious to users and partners that a lot of work goes into making the system easy to use and intuitive. It takes into consideration all of the different needs of its customers and tries to apply a complete solution from the get go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot. I would say that something I enjoy about other products is that the community comes together to post and show resolutions to issues. Acumatica, by far, has less problems than other ERP products, but it would still be nice to have forums that users and partners could peruse if they have an odd issue or a solution that they'd like to inquire on before reaching out to Acumatica directly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that Acumatica resolves for us is that companies need products that are cloud based but also meet all of their needs. Acumatica seems to fill both of these roles.

What do you like best about the product?
The ongoing effort to enhance to overall product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of ability to put more effort into the smaller issues reported by clients and other VARs and ISVs that would provide more day to day benefits to the users that the larger items coming out in 20R2 won't necessarily affect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Programming is definitely much more enhanced using the Acumatica framework than in our legacy product.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like the steady upgrades that are always being made to Acumatica; they truly do listen to feedback to see what improvements can be made and are not lack in making and launching them; quite different from other ERP systems I've used in the past. Particularly I LOVE LOVE LOVE the newest feature in the 2020 R2 upgrade that allows automatic reading of invoices that can easily be sent to Acumatica from your Outlook and with literally the touch of a button be converted into an AP with accurate information generating! FANTASTIC!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is the fact that error messages within Acumatica are not always easy to understand. I have found that many do not tell you exactly what is wrong and how to fix it. For instance, when doing imports, sometimes you get an error message with the details of what from the import template is wrong but sometimes it will just say that there is an error. When you have many columns on our template, this could take more time than necessary to figure out what's wrong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The support feature allows us to easily track support cases, whose assigned to them and where they are in the workflow.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Continue to listen to the feedback provided and make necessary upgrades as this seems to set Acumatica a part from other ERP systems.
