Great software

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use - once you figure out the basic layout and structure of the system, each module is set up the same way. This makes it easy to navigate and figure it out yourself.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many ways to do simple things. I kind of wish there was just 1 way to complete a task, like creating an invoice or returning a stock item. I like that different people can use the way that works best for them but it's difficult to train people when there are so many ways to do things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to run several different kinds of reports very quickly, and we are able to modify the reports (with the help of tech support) so we are pulling exactly what we need.

Reports can be more better and controls can be more configurable as setups.

What do you like best about the product?
I like best about Acumatica is that it is cloud based.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike everything about Acumatica. It is not user friendly or intuitive. I majored in accounting not coding. Your Help feature is like learning another language.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No benefits have been realized. Problems are worst. I have to do everything manually. Even more than before.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go somewhere else.

The APIs are buggy. Not intuitive to customize screens

Organization and Good Database

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that it stores information well and has many options to have all info included. It is a good database system.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not very user-friendly. I feel like it would take a lot of training and there are not many resources besides a hard to read digital manual. When I reached out for help there wasn't much of a response, either. The interface is very bland and hard to follow. Pop-ups would be useful to help understand how to use the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate that it has marketing tools, but I do not know how to properly implement them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have the ability to train on the software for free. Basic trainings available on youtube or something.

What do you like best about the product?
Can do just about everything a company can throw at it. Highly customization
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be slow/clunky at times (too many clicks to do a job) , the GUI is a bit ugly/old fashioned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At this point in our implementation we have not dramatically moved forward from our previous system - we do anticipate benefits, but they have not yet been realized.

Acumatica saved us

What do you like best about the product?
Moving from our old system to Acumatica, a software that's mobile-friendly, not centralized to one network, and quick is easily a game-changer for my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only suggestion I have is to find an easier way to port from one system, like Fishbowl, to Acumatica.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We haven't used it enough for me to determine this yet, but having the ability to work remotely and working of my computer and not remoting into a system in the office.

Opportunity Management is one of the best around
What do you dislike about the product?
Some reports do not load quickly, depending if it is a large number of records. This could be an issue with internet or an issue with how Acumatica is implemented, not sure.

It is great for exposure to my entire team. An opportunity stage will trigger other teams to get involved.
