Overall Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, especially coming off non web based applciations such as MAS500 and/or Great Plains
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of information on import/export using data providers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a web based application has made it easier with user connectivity. Also, we are unique in that we had multiple ERP's due to acquisitions, and being able to bring on new acquisitions without additional hardware/licenses.

What is like best is being able to use it across multiple entities
What do you dislike about the product?
It can start to crash if multiple users are on at a time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently solving how to build dashboards. Benefits will be great for everyone at the company
It is amazing because it integrates all the comapnies operations.

Import Scenario makes life easy. It allows integration of different softwares.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dashboards visuals are limited. We need more flexibility

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of customizations and integrations with external system. Acumatica is forward thinking and spends a huge portion of their revenue to R&D
What do you dislike about the product?
Acumatica is new when comparing to other ERPs. There are missing featurea that Acumatica is building out to reduce the gap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are in the process of implementing the Distrubution module. We completed the financial module and gave us better reporting to manage our business.
Powerful, has potential, messy UX
What do you like best about the product?
Lots of potential in capabilities. When you look at what's capable or how the system is structured, it's done in a way that is very scalable and easy to augment
What do you dislike about the product?
Wording, navigation, general UX can be frustrating. Similar text boxes don't seem to behave consistently. Sometimes warnings and errors are cryptic. Capabilities to support pricing can be limited
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're looking forward to creating self-service portals and dashboards for our sales teams and customers so that they can quickly generate individual pricing and other reports
Great framework needs more bug testing on features
What do you like best about the product?
Speed and global search. Ability to add custom fields & open APIs
What do you dislike about the product?
Each release seems to cause existing features to break. Therefore the onus for testing prior to version upgrade is unsustainable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inventory tracking, production management, BOM management, better AP/AR management
Unlimited Users
What do you like best about the product?
The Unlimited users is the best thing about Acumatica and sets it apart from everything else. Also the ability to modify and create Generic Inquiries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the menus are less than user friendly. Setting up user permission is pretty cumbersome
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One system for everyone to use and the quicker backflush of our inventory resulting in more accurate inventory counts. Better idea of our product cost.
Acumatica is great!
What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly, when I need to extract data, it is very quick and easy to do
What do you dislike about the product?
Budget uploads - if I upload data from an excel spreadsheet and if there are duplicate amounts for the same GL, Acumatica does not let me know that 100% of the data was not uploaded or a specific line was overriden.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the integration of all the different modules, the increasing functionality and the breadth of the product. I like the integrations with all the third party vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is still some functionality that is missing, and some of the modules don't have export very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working with our local var is great, they have the resources to assist. Yea to Intuitive-Tek.
Good but the financials statement report writer is not easy.

I like the connections to excel through queries.

financials stmt report writer isn't easily manipulated. could be more excel based
