What do you like best about the product?
While we still have yet to deploy a lot of our planned features within Acumatica, my favorite thing about it is just that - there are so many different ways the system can be customized to suit your specific business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could use some work. It is quite intimidating for users who do not live within the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very specifically, Acumatica has helped us the most with warehouse inventory tracking, Purchasing, and approvals.

A Modern, User-Friendly ERP That Transformed Our Operations

What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive and easy Acumatica is to use, especially compared to our old DOS-based system. The financial controls and transparency it provides are a game changer—credit holds and pricing controls are now enforced, which was impossible before. Our warehouse has been completely transformed with the bin system and pick-pack path: we now have structure, order, and full visibility into inventory locations. Training new staff is quick and easy, and dashboards keep our sales team motivated. The mobile expense management is also a huge plus for our remote team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only aspect I wish we could improve is leveraging the AI-driven forecasting in purchasing. Right now, due to market volatility and limited historical data, we can't fully rely on it yet. Some legacy staff struggled with the increased controls and structure, and the change management was tough for a few people. Otherwise, there are no major complaints—the implementation was the easiest I've ever done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The credit hold system allows us to control which orders go out for customers who are in arrears. Each month, we gather more data, which helps us gain greater visibility into customer buying habits over time.

I think Acumatica could improve its process and screen workflows to make the overall experience more intuitive and easier for the average user to navigate.

As an all-in-one solution, Acumatica has saved us a lot of time. Before, we were running two or three software systems at the same time, and that setup wasted a lot of labor and effort.
