Excellent Mobile App for Barcode Inventory
What do you like best about the product?
The mobile app is really good for barcode inventory
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboards are missing trend charts, which makes it difficult to see if things are improving or getting worse. Additionally, the numbers displayed on the cards don't provide much meaningful insight.

Some advanced features depend heavily on partner solutions, which can increase cost and reliance on consultants. Additionally, reporting and performance tuning may need technical expertise as data volumes grow.5
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica solves the problem of rigid, expensive ERP systems that don’t scale well with business growth. By providing a flexible, cloud-based platform with usage-based licensing and strong customization, it enables smoother operations, easier integrations, and better visibility into finances and projects—allowing teams to work more efficiently and make faster, data-driven decisions.
Solid Tool with Some Clunky Customization Challenges
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica offers a wide range of features and capabilities that are very user-friendly. One aspect I particularly appreciate is the flexibility to assign various levels of access to different users within our organization. This has made a significant difference, as it allows our operations team to access the information they need for their projects directly in Acumatica, without having to rely on the accounting team for assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit clunky at times, and to get any customization/changes done on the system can be a bit challenging
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The approval mapping feature has saved us a significant amount of time and energy, especially since our structure is quite complex with various projects and subaccounts. With Acumatica, AP items are sent directly to the appropriate approving manager, who can easily access all the information needed to review and approve them.

Virtual communication will always have issues that will not be the same as face 2 face meetings

We use Acumatica for our business ERP needs and it is well equipped and comes with great features including project-based ERP.
The software is affordable and being a cloud solution is well equipped and easily scalable and it meets all our project management and accounting needs.
The tool handles accounting easy and we have used it to manage all our accounting needs and what makes it better are the automation features.

We use the product for all our ERP needs and coupled with accounting features, it meets our needs diligently. Ability to scale and customize Acumatica makes it irresistible.

Acumatica has enabled us to bring together several legacy systems into one unified cloud platform. This consolidation has greatly enhanced our visibility across key areas such as finance, sales, inventory, and operations, thanks to real-time dashboards. Its API-driven architecture also allows for smooth integration with eCommerce, CRM, and logistics systems, which has helped minimize manual tasks and increase data accuracy.

Acumatica stands out with topnotch flexibility and customization to tailor it to suit all our business needs and workflows. I love it as cloud based with access of data and information from anywhere anytime. One of it's major benefit is real-time data access as it's unify all our departments together under one roof for quick and live access of data as it is recorded. Remarkable with real-time reporting for faster, accurate and dependable data-driven decisions. I love it as cost friendly ERP solutions amongst all. Simple and intuitive user interface and dashboard for quickly navigating.
