An ERP That Treats Sales Data Like a First Class Citizen
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Acumatica keeps sales and financial data lightly connected without forcing us to jump between systems, managing opportunities feels structured but not rigid you can quickly see deal status, value owner, and next step in one place. The flexibility to customize views and workflows makes it feel tailored rather than off the shelf.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can feel dense at first, especially for new users who aren't familiar with ERP-style screens. Some actions take a few extra clicks, and onboarding would be smoother with more in app guidance for non technical users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica replaced disconnected tools for CRM, sales tracking and accounting with one unified platform. This means fewer data mismatches, better forecasting and clearer ownership across teams. For us it reduced manual updates and gave leadership more confidence in pipeline and revenue numbers.
Growing into the future.
What do you like best about the product?
The potential for growth and to change and configure things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Timecard configuration is clunkier than our legacy system and invoice edits, which are a common need are also clunky and problematic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica is modernizing our data capture and giving us new ways to track performance across sites, branches and entities.
Intuitive UI & Data Insights, But Setup Is Challenging
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Acumatica's UI, which makes it easier for me to navigate and manage my business. I also appreciate the GIs for providing me with valuable data insights. These features are quite instrumental in the day-to-day operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's expensive, support tickets are slow, some features can only be found via ISV solutions. The initial setup was pretty hard and took us over 2 years to go live.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica helps with Orders to Cash and Procure to Pay, and provides valuable data insights.
Enhanced User Experience and Seamless Data Handling
What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica for its better user experience, and I find the 'Generic Inquiries' feature particularly useful because it helps me get the data I need. The initial setup of Acumatica was great, which made things easier for me and my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Acumatica could improve by using more reviews that rely less on AI.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Acumatica is cloud-based and natively built in the cloud. It's smart, customizable, logical, and modern. I also appreciate that it develops continuously.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the user-friendliness of Acumatica could be a challenge for non-technical field users. There are certain functionalities I would like to see as part of one system with Acumatica, instead of currently being available through ISVs.

We use Acumatica to unify data as one source of truth, streamline processes, and handle increased transaction volumes efficiently with existing resources.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica for its ease of use and reporting capabilities. The month-end reporting is faster, and it provides access to data for performing analyses. The initial setup was easy, which made the transition smoother.

I find timesheet capturing challenging.

Acumatica helps with project profitability and speeds up month-end reporting. Its ease of use and quick access to data enhance our analyses.

I like the ease of use and the community.

I don't like the ramp, as I have to manually post expenses instead of having an option to release all.

I use Acumatica for invoicing, month-end close, and vendor payment, and I appreciate its ease of use and community support.

I like the ease of customization in Acumatica, which allows me to create workflows that improve efficiency.

I don't like that converting an opportunity into a project is challenging in Acumatica. The initial setup was complicated and intense.

Acumatica helps me track costs and revenue, and I love how it allows creating customizable workflows to improve efficiency.
Highly Customizable with Deep Insights
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Acumatica provides more detailed visibility into our operational data, offering new insights and methods to address various workplace challenges. My favorite thing about Acumatica is its easy customization to our needs. I can spin up new GIs in minutes, and this flexibility really stands out. For instance, while reviewing a sales profitability report, I could easily clone the report as a GI and add the necessary cost column data.
What do you dislike about the product?
If more things can be modified by end-users to work specifically for them, or how they like to see things without needing high-level access, I think would really help cater to everyone, to work the way they work best
