What do you like best about the product?
An all-in-one ERP system allows connection to several API's and integration to keep building your company's infrastructure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Updates. Custom features have to be corrected for each update.

Modernized ERP system that integrates several available applications into one source of truth.

All-in-One CRM That Saves Time, With a Learning Curve Worth Mastering

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to see everything about a customer in one screen — from the first email to their latest order and even service issues. It saves a ton of time jumping between systems or digging through old emails. The CRM is super handy for tracking deals and spotting where people tend to drop off in the sales process. Plus, I can pull up customer info on my phone when I’m on the go, which is a lifesaver for meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can feel a little heavy at first because there’s so much packed in. The reporting tools are great once you learn them, but the setup takes some patience. I also wish the interface for building templates was just a bit more drag-and-drop — it works fine, just not as slick as some standalone CRM tools. Once you get used to it, though, it’s solid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to lose track of leads halfway through the funnel because our sales and service data were in totally different places. Now we can see the full journey — quotes, issues, deliveries, all connected. It’s helped us spot where deals were stalling and improve our follow-ups. Our pricing and delivery quotes are also way more accurate now, which makes customers trust us more.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is how little babysitting it needs from our IT team. It’s built for the cloud, so updates, backups, and uptime basically take care of themselves. I don’t have to spend half my day troubleshooting random system errors or integration issues anymore. Plus, the dashboards and mobile access make it super easy for everyone to stay connected — even when they’re not in the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customization options are powerful, but they can be a bit much if you’re not careful. There’s a lot you can tweak, and it’s easy to go down a rabbit hole fine-tuning every workflow. Also, if you’re coming from an older on-prem setup, there’s a bit of a learning curve to understanding the cloud structure and permissions. Once you get it, though, it runs smooth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to juggle several disconnected systems — accounting in one app, CRM in another, and random spreadsheets everywhere. It was a pain to pull reports or even get accurate analytics. Now everything’s tied together, and the cloud setup means I can push updates or check performance without waiting on other vendors. Our IT overhead dropped, and downtime’s almost nonexistent now.

What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, I love how easy it is to see what’s going on with our numbers in real time. The dashboards are super clean, and I can check KPIs without digging through spreadsheets. It’s nice being able to spot trends early—like noticing a dip in cash flow and fixing it before it becomes a big deal. Everything’s in one place, which makes decision-making way faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't get me wrong our team got the hang of it. It can feel a little overwhelming at first because there are so many features. Getting the reports to look exactly how you want takes some tweaking. Sometimes the setup feels like it’s built more for IT folks than finance people. Once it’s dialed in, though, it runs smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s helping us connect all our financial data so we can make smarter, faster decisions. We used to juggle multiple tools for accounting, reporting, and forecasting—now it’s all synced up. I can easily check project costs or budget performance without waiting on someone to send me a report. It saves a ton of time and cuts down on errors.

What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, I love that I can see what’s going on across the whole company without bugging ten different people. The dashboards give me a quick snapshot of sales, expenses, and open projects in real time. I’ve got widgets set up for cash flow and inventory, and it pings me if something’s off. It just makes running things smoother — like having my own command center.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a little while to set up the dashboards exactly how you want them. There’s so much data you can pull in that it can feel overwhelming at first. I also wish the mobile app felt a bit more intuitive when I’m checking reports on the go. Once it’s all tuned, though, it’s great — just a learning curve early on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, our finance, sales, and operations were in separate tools, and I never had a clear, real-time picture of what was happening. Now, I can instantly see revenue trends, customer activity, and project costs all in one place. The Power BI integration helps me spot slow-moving products or missed opportunities before they become problems. It’s saving us time and helping us make faster decisions.

Flexible, User-Friendly, and Customizable Cloud ERP Experience with Acumatica

What do you like best about the product?
What I really like about Acumatica is how flexible and user-friendly the system is. Once you get used to the screens, it’s pretty easy to navigate between different modules like Projects, Distribution, and Production. The dashboards and filters make it simple to track what’s happening in real time without switching between multiple reports. I also like that most of the processes can be customized to match our business flow without needing heavy coding. The cloud access is another big plus — I can log in from anywhere and continue my work seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system can feel a bit slow, especially when working with large data or multiple tabs open. A few screens have too many fields, which makes them slightly cluttered for day-to-day users. Also, certain setups and customizations require deep understanding of the backend or help from the support team — it’s not always straightforward for regular users. I wish some reports and dashboards were more plug-and-play instead of needing manual configuration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica has really helped us streamline multiple processes that used to be scattered across different tools. For example, tracking project costs, managing production orders, and handling inventory used to take a lot of manual effort and cross-checking. With Acumatica, most of this happens in one place, so I spend less time reconciling data and more time on actual decision-making. It also gives real-time visibility into our operations, which helps me catch issues early and keeps the team more coordinated. Overall, it’s saving time, reducing errors, and making daily work much smoother.

Disconnected feel between services - Difficult for new users to separate local editions from parent Acumatica and from Acumatica Portal, difficult for existing users to discover / learn how to use new modules or features with live data
Large Learning / Knowledge gap for new users & power users - Power users require years of knowledge learning and experience to utilize Acumatica SaaS, difficult to hand off and manage large span of tools
Knowledge on support resources difficult to source
Support for existing customers very limited, reliant on Acumatica partners and keeping up with technology falls on subscribed customers despite limited to no check-ins on feature use
Limited support or access / knowledge of support for engineers and technical teams for utilizing local editions of Acumatica
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accounting and Inventory Management. Would like to use Project-Based ERP / module, Distribution ERP, and APS, but difficult to move to integration - limited know-how on who to contact for next steps, limited partnership, large knowledge-gap limitations, large integration load on individual power user(s). We believe in the capabilities of Acumatica SaaS and are encouraged by feature updates in 2025 R2.

Acumatica and Savant

What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica is very user friendly. Easy to navigate. Well labeled units/sections so you know where to go to get information you need. Seamless transition with Savant (WMS system). Communication between the two is instant and accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact we need a WMS system is a downside. Wish Acumatica had the capabilities of location management/scanning so it can all be integrated. I also think Acumatica should do a better job of vetting their consulting firms. The initial firm was not effective and we are still suffering the impact after 4 years post implementation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Financial management mostly- near future we will be utilizing its planning, scheduling and MRP capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Acumatica to be exceptionally intuitive. When I joined a new company with minimal training, I was able to teach myself how to navigate and use the system with ease. Unlike many other programs that come with frustrating quirks and steep learning curves, Acumatica runs smoothly and efficiently, offering a user-friendly interface that makes adoption straightforward.
The platform is robust and feature-rich. Even after four years of daily use, I’m still discovering new modules and capabilities. In my 20-year accounting career, Acumatica stands out as one of the best—if not the best—software solutions I’ve worked with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only module I’ve found to be somewhat less intuitive is the Inventory module. While I don’t use it daily in my role, I’ve noticed it can be a bit tricky to navigate at times. That said, it still performs reliably and offers solid functionality. I’m confident that with a bit more hands-on experience, I’ll be able to master it fully.

Acumatica addresses a wide range of business challenges, but one standout feature is its ability to manage multiple companies and their respective branches with seamless integration. Whether you need these entities to operate in sync or remain entirely independent, Acumatica handles both scenarios effortlessly
