Very interesting and lots of energy in the product

What do you like best about the product?
The product is very easy to use and very intuitive. Clients love the look and feel and the extensive functionality felt at their fingertips. Well done and keep new functionality coming
What do you dislike about the product?
The permissions and security functionality needs to be improved and extended so that it is more flexoble and easy to add security based on groups of reference data.
Also /i sdtrungly suggest that the workflow needs to be extended throughout the product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Distribution cycle to FMCG market which require correct data to be inputted all tyhe time and analysed once the data becomes information.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize any screens and any (or most of) the business logic
What do you dislike about the product?
Some business logic is difficult to customize. Our clients occassionally experience performance issues. The new pricing model has too many different parameters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Focus on the distribution business. Ability to streamline business operations, automate tasks and allow our clients to achieve a competitive advantage

What do you like best about the product?
I love the Extensible platform, and the intuitive user interface.
I appreciate Acumatica's commitment to constantly improve their features, and platform. I have never seen an ERP vendor add new features at such a rapid pace. The improvements in the CRM module, and the new WMS, are great examples.
I also like the strong investment in R&D, and the constant attention to new technologies, and trends.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not enough industry awareness of who Acumatica is.
Acumatica needs a stronger set of B2B/EDI Integration tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improvements in order processing, and inventory management.
More efficient accounting.
Integration with customers and vendors.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look at Acumatica's vision, and roadmap.
Understand the strength of their platform.
Have the Acumatica Reseller you are working with, introduce you to key contacts at Acumatica so that you can see their commitment, and dedication.

Versatile Software with Add-On Flexibility

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Acumatica handles all aspects of our distribution company's operation in one program. I also appreciate its strong community of add-on programs, which improve specific areas like inventory management and shipping. These add-ons make Acumatica go from decent in those areas to more best in class.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the limitations on API calls. Because we automate and have added on so many other programs, we exceed our number of API calls, dragging the system down. Also, the initial setup was hard, but our VAR was a big help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica handles all aspects of our operation, and add-ons improve inventory management and shipping, making them best in class.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to intergrate with many solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The distribution platform struggles a little and they need to talk to some more distrabution customers to get a better pulse on their needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inventory. We have saved a lot of time and resources by automated processes.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the strong points of the software is the usability for the end user. I am able to do all the day to day configuration including creating specialized reporting for all aspects of my business without the need for a third party to come in and do it for the company. This not only helps us with cost control but we are able to get more functionality out of the software by being able to create the reporting when needed and not having to outsource a resource like you would in all other ERP softwares I know of.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the point I have not run into any area of the software that has driven me to the point of having to outsource a resource for help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inventory control and business analytics. The auto generation of serialized inventory has been a big help with inventory tracking and costing.

What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica has the most supportative and integrated development community I have seen in an ERP. The Project Accounting and new Construction package fill a need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Modification of the theme of the UI was more difficult that it should be. I understand that has been addressed in 2019 r1 though. Data schema and table relations could be better documented to aid in GI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
General account, CRM, and construction project quotes.

What do you like best about the product?
Ever year, I am blown away with all of the new features and functionality the Acumatica team brings to the table. They are always looking for the next best thing for their users, and they really listen to what we need. The software is extremely easy to use, and we have very minimal training needed to get our staff up and running on Acumatica.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any dislikes for the Acumatica software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a software that can be accessed by our staff from anywhere at any time - Acumatica provides both with their cloud based solution.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Flexibility. Ability to track support cases and time entry in the same system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need the abilty to attach expenses to cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking and managing support cases within the ERP system. Elimination of tracking time in Outlook and cases in CRM. Now it is all in one place.
