Effortless Backups with Seamless Cloud Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how MSP360 Backup works seamlessly with both legacy file-based backups in incremental mode and Azure cloud-based backups on the hot tier. It's cool that I can rely on it for cloud backup and incremental backup, and the scheduling feature is a huge plus since I don't have to run backups manually — it automatically downloads them. Also, I find the software easy to use and the initial setup was a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Error codes not correct always

I use MSP360 Backup for Windows backup, enjoying its cloud and incremental backup, scheduling, and user-friendliness. It automates tasks, running without manual intervention.

I have previously used cloudberry server back-up for last 10 years. Software does what it is suppose to do.

No real dislikes. Whenever we do encounter a question or issue, support is there to help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating reliable, monitored, cloud and/or local backups. Compatible with most operating systems. Compatible with many well regarded cloud storage solutions. Cost effective. We've used this solution for a number of years.

I use MSP360 Backup to keep our company’s data safe and secure. I like how reliable and easy it is to use. Backing up files across devices and the cloud is simple, and knowing I can quickly restore data whenever I need gives me real peace of mind. It helps keep backups organized and ensures our data stays protected. It’s reliable, easy to use, and makes backing up and restoring data simple, which is why I’d definitely recommend it to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I’ve noticed with MSP360 Backup is that the initial setup can feel a bit technical, especially for new users. Some of the backup settings and scheduling options could be more intuitive to make everything easier to manage.

What do you like best about the product?
It is pretty easy to create backup jobs. Tech support has been very helpful in the onboarding process and when minor issues or questions have arised.

The 2FA process is a bit cumbersome as it takes multiple steps.

What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I’ve noticed with MSP360 Backup is that setting up backups for multiple devices or more complex setups can feel a bit time-consuming and tricky. The interface isn’t always super intuitive at first, so a bit more guidance or setup help would be great. It’s a powerful tool, but having more options for customizing notifications and reports would make managing everything even easier.

Effortless Backups, Superb Convenience
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate MSP360 Backup for its ease of use, which makes it extremely simple to set up without any difficulty. The ability to perform daily backups and easily restore data is invaluable to me. I also like the feature that allows me to send backups to Wasabi, which fits well with my setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that encryption wasn't included on the home plan.

Feature-Rich, Easy Integration with Google
What do you like best about the product?
Its an easy to implement feature rich software can be integrated with google which can be used frequently
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing negative that can be thought of .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Can be used to backup VM and both file level backup which can be used to backup both work and home data with ease. Its interfaces are easy to use and can be used with multiple hosts such an Vmware and HyperV which is a great convinience. Further this helps to backup multiple types such as hard disk backup, network backup, fileset back in a single tool which is great to see.
Outstanding Solution with Seamless Performance

Everything runs smoothly; my only concern is the pricing.

This is the best solution for company-level backups.
Great Deduping & Compression, But Lacks Tape Drive Support and Media Spanning Clarity
What do you like best about the product?
Deduping and Compression, speed of backup and the easy user interface. I was able to figure out exactly how to use the software to do what I wanted.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not clear whether the backup software can span volumes, meaning it is uncertain if it will prompt for additional media when the current one is full. Additionally, there is no support for tape drives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software offers a fast backup process that requires very little storage space. Thanks to its de-duplication and compression features, I was able to back up 70 gigabytes of data onto a 35-gigabyte backup device, and it only used 24 gigabytes of space. It's impressively efficient.
