Simple to deploy and manage.
What do you like best about the product?
Deploying the product is quite simple. The reports give me a clear view of the back ups we manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Restoring the backup to a new computer can be a bit tricky. Once you have completed a couple of times, its a piece of cake.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to deploy the product without having to visit each workstation or gather reports from each unit.

What do you like best about the product?
The simple setup and amazingly smooth setup experience, from backup setup, to licensing, to management. The user experience from end user to mangement is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downsides I have had is false reports of failed backups, and issues with backup scheduling conflicting with maintenance scheduled of MSP 360.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MSP360 is helping us make sure our clients have good, visible comprehensive backups in the cloud and locally. We are more easily able to see what backups need attention and what dont.

Once it is setup you don't need to worry about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had some trouble setting up our backup on a virtual machine.

Been using it for years and it has been totally reliable. I can trust my customers (and my own backups) in their hands.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think a lot of the errors could be self-fixed with the software instead of not completing backups and offering links to possible solutions.

The thing we appreciate the most is the simple pricing and reliable backups. We also appreciate the ability to utilize our own object storage.

What's to dislike? Nothing. Everything I wanted to accomplish is in this application.

I use MSP360 to back up all my user's computers to a bucket on Wasabi.

Excellent product that is simple to use I was looking for a solution to back up a small business server with a simpel interface that someone basically technical know-how could use and manage to AWS s3

To be honest, only been using for a short time, and anything particularly dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is allowing me to back up a Linux-based server, giving me an interface. That means you do not need to have a full understanding of the linxe file system for it to do the backups. So can be managed by someone with less technical know-how.

The implementation is really easy. Also, you can monitor and control everything through MSP Portal like licensing, backup plans, user accounts, the backup storage and much more

Real time support, not only with email communication.The price for this solution is not suitable for small business.

We are backing up our customer's data to the Cloud Storage in order to avoid any data loss from cyber threats such as ransomware and other malware or hardware failures.
MSP360 Software Review
What do you like best about the product?
I find that MSP360 is a great backup solution for my business. It gives me peace of mind that my external hard drive is backed up in case it ever fails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently I have not come across any issues during my use of MSP360 Backup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MSP360 is allowing me to back up my external hard drive nightly so any code updates during the day are saved to the cloud and can be restored if needed.
