The Bitdefender Gravity zone portal could be made to be more user-friendly, somedays it takes a bit of navigating to get to what I'm looking for. Otherwise, everything else is great

This helps with finding any suspicious activity or apps on user machines; Analytics is great for seeing and compare users and find problematic machines

It is an easy software that protects from malware

There are a good number of updates that need to be kept up with but they are quick and easy

What do you like best about the product?
Bitdefender provides a great solution for anti-virus and Anti-Malware fir your computer. It has many advanced protections which help you defend against threads. Not only it has excellent anti virus protection but it also has firewall to defend against internet attacks and web-protection to warn you about dangerous websites. With Bitdefender security analytics you can protect your business as well. It detects advanced attacks in real-time and provides autonomous protection to help keep your precious business safe.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit of a heavy program if you have a lower spec computer or an older one. It tends to make it run slower and less responsive because it has many processes to provide the protection it provides. But that's the cost of awesome,advanced protection. You just need a better or newer PC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides protection against advanced attacks in real-time and triggers autonomous incident response. It enables organizations to quickly detect and fight sophisticated threats by complementing pre-existing security architecture-network and endpoint- with specialized network-based defense.

This platform has worked in a great way to find a web page that is suitable for what we require, there are many web pages that can encourage us to continue growing as a company and also to make future sales that can be shown thanks to the help of Business Security , that is to say that this program has been an effective tool to maintain security and be able to work at one hundred percent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Service is terrible. You have to fight to get to a tier that can actually solve a problem when things go south..They will make you jump through a lot of log gathering and hoops that rarely fix the issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Depending on the application you use this platform its cost varies, it is not a unit cost for all security packages. It is difficult to mark elements as safe, blocking them in real time.

It keeps us compliant in our legal industry and most importantly, it keeps our clients personal data safe from potential hackers and creates confidence within our network.

The platform can be a bit complicated to use and you have to have a specifically qualified individual to help implement it within your network. They do offer onboarding assistance though which makes up for this requirement.

They are offering a service to immediately protect your network and monitor the activity. It benefits us and our clients by making sure our network is secure and our sensitive information doesn't get into the wrong hands. It provides a level on insurance over our network that is invaluable.
Almost too good
What do you like best about the product?
Bitdefender is a great product. It is almost too good at what it does to the point that it can break things but this is typical of an EDR.

The gravityZone interface is not the greatest. It can be tough to find things.

It is very easy to use and it really does what it promises for. No compromise is made in the quality of the product at any stage by far the best security tool that i use

Sometimes we are not very tech savy to understand the whole of the context behind a security protocol so giving up some info on the protocols while those are implemented will be beneficial

While you are in a high network area there are chances of phishing and hacking and here comes the bitdefender network security so just get it installed and forget about the security everything else will be taken care of

it's supposed to block certain sites based on the content they contain, but it doesn't. Instead, it just blocks sites that have been deemed unsafe by the company's security experts. In other words, it blocks a lot of legitimate sites by accident because they contain malware or other kinds of bad stuff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This kind of security is especially important for businesses who have a lot of sensitive data on their networks but don't have enough IT staff working around-the-clock to monitor them properly (or at all). With Bitdefender Network Traffic Security Analytics, there's no need for additional staff members—you can just set up an automated monitoring system that takes care of everything automatically!
