Easy to implement, effective, and allows us to focus on other things
What do you like best about the product?
Once configured DataDome works autonomously and works well. This allows our small SecOps team to focus on other areas which need their attention while maintaining a high-level of protection and prevention against bot based attacks and content scraping.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing notable enough to mention as a dislike about Datadome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bot based attacks which include credential stuffing, brute force, account takeover, community spam, content scraping, and abuse of our product features. By autonomously identifying and acting on bot behavior our small SecOps team spends less time on triage, remediation, and preventative measures related to bot behavior.

What do you like best about the product?
Datadome was immediately effective, finally allowing the teams to offload the everyday management of traffic bots. Since the beginning, DataDome was very responsive. We formed a close relationship with the DataDome teams that we would not have had with generalists. Even the smallest problem are handled instantaneously.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing I really dislike at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were constantly being crawled by scrapers, which consumed a lot of bandwidth.

Very good product developed by a very good team.

What do you like best about the product?
DataDome really is your one stop shop if you want to get rid of bots, spiders and the like. It runs pretty much on autopilot and you can focus on your core business again. The onboarding was super professional and a real pleasure.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. In fact, the service doesn't appear to be cheap first, but absolutely pays off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It protects our data as well as our infrastructure from bad bots & spiders. After several years of usage, we see a massive decrease in bot traffic.

Updating the review since we have been using them for years. Datadome continues to help us filter out unwanted traffic. We like how Datadome continues to invest in new and improved methods of protection since the nature of threats constantly evolve.
We also like interacting with their account team. They are very responsive and flexible.

The technical team is available to provide guidance, and they are able to edits rules in the console on our behalf.

Some of the self-serve reporting do not go back far enough in time.

Datadome helps us filter out unwanted traffic, such as ones from bots.

What do you like best about the product?
Most importantly, the protection works! We find it very reliable. It’s reassuring to look at the dashboard and see the attacks that have been stopped, but there’s nothing we need to do about them and that’s a big win for my team.
We also enjoy an excellent relationship with DataDome. They’re very responsive and truly care about our experience. It feels more like a partnership than a client-vendor relationship.

Nothing in particular. The solution does what it says and it’s working great for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us, the most important benefit is the protection of personally identifiable information and compliance with GDPR and other data security regulations.
Powerful bot prevention and a great team
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard is simple and intuitive. The team at DataDome are incredibly responsive. Datadome protects our servers and those of our partners which is a big deal.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's price tag. Although DataDome is competitive in pricing, the product is still painfully expensive when compared to our overall infrastructure costs. That said, it is worth the money.

Ad Fraud Detection, Scraping Protection, DDOS prevention.

What do you like best about the product?
DataDome's team are very responsive and helpful. DataDome bot protection dashboard is very intuitive and easy to use and its features are providing efficient tools to manage our Partners' activity on the website.

Nothing to dislike so far. We are very happy with the DataDome.

Absolutely.
Datadome is efficient, easily user-adjustable. Staff is friendly and helpful.

It's clear and easy to use, easy to integrate. We quickly installed it on our website.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really much. Only drawback maybe is that the statistics are available for a limited period of time whereas a full history of the attacks for several years would be useful. But this is quite minor.

We appreciate DataDome's team being available and responsive. We are assisted by a Customer Success Manager and an onboarding Manager who are responsible for ensuring our satisfaction and training our users.
While DataDome takes care of the bot traffic, the dashboard and its features (especially the Custom Rules) are an efficient tool to manage our Partners' activity on the website.

Nothing to report. I recommend DataDome for all platforms that require high availability and want to maximize the performance of their e-commerce system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits of using DataDome have been twofold: we finally have an efficient bot management solution, I don't really spend much time on bot-related security issues anymore.
The DataDome dashboard provides real-time visibility into our bot traffic and offers powerful customization tools which are much appreciated by the analytics team.
