Druva has been a sold backup solution for us for many years now.
What do you like best about the product?
The smart network consumption takes the worry away from your backups taking the entire network pipline. You can set Maximum % and Druva backups stay within them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes about druva, Support is amazing. Their AI support is usefull for documentation. And when you need to talk to support. They are there to help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Stores our Users backup in the cloud and protects out users incase they encounter a ransomeware attach.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to set up and configure for your environment. Great customer service and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major, still a new company releasing new features, but they listen to your feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using a different company for cloud/saas backup and it was very slow and clunky. Druva has made it easy and reliable to restore data as needed.
Simplicity of use and installation of Druva
What do you like best about the product?
As easy as possible when linked with AD to backup and restore data. Runs on all of our end user PC's every day. Backs up every 4 hours. With the help of Druva Technicians, we were up and running very quickly

Nothing. Works great. Very few problems with it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lost PC's, overwritten data, accidentally deleted files or folders. Managers are able to get data from terminated users. Replacing PC's now easier to get data migrated

What do you dislike about the product?
System performance remained largely unaffected, aside from occasional sluggishness during maintenance windows.

With built-in ransomware protection and assured clean recovery, Druva keeps our critical data secure, so we can focus on what matters most

What do you like best about the product?
The Features are great but you get that from a spec sheet. What you don't get from a spec sheet is the quality of the service. We have regular Zoom catch ups with an account manager and when we do need some technical support - which is not often by the way, the support techs have very good in depth knowledge of the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Full Restores to a new endpoint can be slow - patience is required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Researchers need to concentrate on thier research not be worried about data curation. Druva helps us automate protecting intelectual property.

What do you like best about the product?
Druva Endpoint Cloud Backup very good in cloud or SaaS backup
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing bit costly / and not unlimited backup solution on the product.

Very good in endpoint backup / very fast backup solution
Very good and simple product with great support team as well.

It is very simple to manage it. It achieves what is necessary without over-engineering things

While it is simple to manage it, I would add more options to improve the architecture/design of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are covering all data backups for users both in endpoints and saas apps (gmail and gdrive). We are decreasing costs by not maintaining google licenses.
A discovery journey.
What do you like best about the product?
As a google admin I´m exploring the back up capabilities for gmail and drive and I´ve found it a solid tool for that, the best part I believe is the eDiscovery. Powerful and with granular access. Excellent for admins.
The downside for now is just the way we can interact with the documents found with eDiscovery but I´m still testing it so I can´t be sure if its negative or just a matter of getting use to it.

None the I can think of at this moment. I hope it stays that way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Potentially it will allow me to move away from Google archive licenses plus eDiscovery tool for Audits.
Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
After the initial configuration, the product takes care of itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not discovered anything to be considered a dislike.

We are able to store our Google Workspace information while keeping our GWS license count down.

The biggest thing is the air gapped quality and the rapid restore and dedupe.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of! The web site (console) is a little slow.

As mentioned, the air gapped solution protects our environment.
