Druva Data Resiliency Cloud fulfills back up needs
What do you like best about the product?
100% cloud backup solution that was implemented well and easy to use. Great communication from our AE through the process and whenever needed. There is a robust admin web management portal that offers a fairly granular user privilege setup and the ability to add different regions in backup. Druva doesn't require a lot of bandwidth or additional resources for either backups or restores. Users can independently recover their data. We are able to back the files up both individually and at a group level.
What do you dislike about the product?
Biggest con, in this day and age, is that it would be great to have an admin smartphone application. More details when the backup is running would be nice as well as more customizable reports. Also, some cosmetic bugs related to the UX, but nothing huge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We implemented Druva Data Resiliency Cloud to back up our Endpoints, Servers and VMs. As most end users do, ours keep deleting stuff on accident so Druva helps with that, along with keeping archives. Before Druva we were doing physical backups of our in house servers and trusting our hosts to do the same for anything virtual. Druva has exponentially improved the quality and speed of our backups, as well as the breadth of what we are backing up ourselves. The Druva product is easy to use, provides peace of mind for our end users and also streamlines operational efficiency for our IT team.

Backs up lots of products, trouble free experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes UI is hard to navigate, haven't had any other issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backs up everything we have on all platforms. Single pane of glass.
Please allow Druva to be used in smaller businesses!
What do you like best about the product?
Once Druva is setup, it is seamless. Back ups are effortless and automatic, usually running without a hitch. In the rare chance that there is an issue, customer support is easy to reach and extremely helpful. Ultimately it saves a ton of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately smaller businesses cannot use Druva because they do not meet the minimum size. Please help out the little guys too!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If Druva was not automating these backups they would be extremely time consuming. Druva integrates very well with Microsfot365, Azure and Entra ID, saving time and money.
An excellent cloud backup for Microsoft 365
What do you like best about the product?
A comprehensive and simple cloud backup and security solution for Microsoft 365. Druva have recently added identity backups for Entra ID, which is a massive value add.
There are a host of additions to the base level package - including Sensitive Data Governance, Federated Search, and eDiscovery, which are all very powerful tools.
Druva have a strong focus on security, with tools to monitor backups for suspicious activity, and to help recover clean backups after a ransomware attack.
Druva customer service is excellent, with chat functionality within the app.

The licensing reports are unclear, and there is some inconsistency in the licence usage across various reports. There is some evidence that the reports are being modernised, so hopefully Druva will address this soon.
Sensitive Data Governance could be given an results export function and better ability to sort or filter results. It desperately needs a progress indicator as there is no way of telling how long a sensitive data search will take.

A Comprehensive Solution for Cloud Data Protection
What do you like best about the product?
Comprehensive Data Protection, Data Security & Centralized Management.Overall, it’s the combination of security, scalability, and ease of use that makes Druva’s Data Security Cloud really stand out for me.

Limited Customization & Support Response Time. these drawbacks align with my experience.

Easy to Use and Effective Product with Great Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
Simple and configurable profiles for backup. Easy full or per-file restores. The ediscovery and federated search is a great feature to have if you choose. It has been a software that is mostly set and forget and email reports ensure continued complaince. Having Druva as a single location for endpoint backup as well as 365 makes restore jobs much quicker and easier. Customer support has been great and practice review meetings have been helpful to ensure we are using all of our capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish the Phoenix cloud server backup was more cost effective so that we could purchase this as well. Addionally, it's lack of exchange support made this a pass. But for endpoints and 365 we have been more than happy!

Preventing the need for complicated backup strategies for the mobile workforce. Ensures we are storing to a FEDRAMP authorized location

My support team at Druva. All members especially Pritesh Angre has been very helpful with bringing me up to speed on how to use the product

Simple to use easy to implement backup solution by Druva
What do you like best about the product?
Granular restores at folder level is fantastic option which makes admins job a lot easier.

Not at the moment. The product works as expected.

With Druva backup solution, we are able to recover quickly during a DR situation. Also, granular control on the restores help get the requested data quick.
Simple Backups and powerful Disaster Recovery
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is simple and easy to use yet there is a powerful feature set in the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some data types not supported but Druva has been expanding support at an increase pace lately so not as much of an issue anymore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Immutable backups are the biggest thing since Ransomeware is always a top threat. The DR features for Cloud are also compelling since they allow for a fast recovery if needed.
