Overall Support was exceptional and software updates were most relevant to our technical requirement
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to use and implement, affordable and technically capable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Apart from firewall and Threat management, Sophos does not have strong offering for other related products. Central Management is slow to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secure WAN Connectivity. We have reduced security risks

The easy way to migrate from the older version. The wizard helpd use finding the right port to move the plug from the old version to the new one
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to personalize alerts with extra information, the way of manage the MFA in Login form sometime conduct final users to make mistake.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Protect our perimiter with integration to endpoint protection.
Happy, I prefer the SOPHOS interface.

What I like the least is that when it loses updates, it doesn't locate the categories of certain pages to the point of letting this traffic through.

Easy set up, great online portal for ease of monitoring, effective product, great customer support. These are the primary Firewalls we use.

Set up only when swapping from different former firewall

Bypassing Restrictions: Users can bypass web and app restrictions by using VPN proxies.
