The products and services provided are very diverse and cover a variety of needs in this rapidly evolving industry. Configuration is simple and clean. The support is technically savvy and supports with a high level of knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support via Indian call centers is often not easy. The understanding of the problems must often be defined in detail and clearly so that a solution can be provided in a timely manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The management of remote access and access to services from internal and external can be clearly defined and implemented according to specifications. Critical services are only made available to permitted systems and are under 24/7 surveillance and proactive protection.

Easy to configure and strong protection
What do you like best about the product?
A small learning curve, easy to configure and vibrant protection with IPS and email protection

VPN configuration is easy to use and work on both windows and mac

I like the GUI o f the firewall a lot. Firewall is very user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Its user-friendly UI, robust security features, and adaptable network access control settings. Web filtering, VPN capabilities, and threat detection and response are also included.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sophos still needs to work on his functional architecture. Hardware performance is still poor as comparing other competitor firewall vendors. Sophos also needs to work on the Support department.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Sophos devices is simple when handling firewall features. Compared to other suppliers on the market, the object creation process is simple, and setting up firewall rules is also simpler and involves fewer steps. As per my previous firewall, VPN user's services were paid, but with Sophos, we are not paying extra for VPN.
Sophos firewall has best UI, advanced features at all level.
What do you like best about the product?
To be straightforward, this firewall is "full of features" as security package i.e Sync Security, ATP, Zero-Day, UTQ, SD WAN much more key features to protect organisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sophos firewall dashboard can't customise, Application filter policy should be flexible as web filter policy to set specific user/group wise...i hope they're working on this feature idea.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Firewall giving me Synchronised Security between Gateway and Endpoint by heartbeat, monitoring/measuring EP apps usage, Sync cloud applications with sophos firewall etc.

Nothing .but when we configure it in HA MODE and will done the log retension for 6month then secondary will down without any prior alert

It is usefull for web filtering,site control , bandwidth management etc

Best firewall to choose for your company
What do you like best about the product?
They have good web application security and application control. Control all users' in and out connections. 2FA authentication is very good for staying safe and blocking malware in web traffic.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface needs to be more friendly, then the firewall will be number one in the world without any issues at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The firewall is now controlling everything in our company and blocks all threats.

The performance of the Hardware is outstanding, and the Firewalls are stable. Amazing customer service!

Dont really dislike anything about Sophos Firewall.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an aesthetically pleasing GUI which is quite easy to navigate. On top of this, the options and protection that this firewall offers is top of the range and I can't fault it one bit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I can't fault anything. The support from Sophos' side is brilliant and I've not known an issue so far which was drastic enough to change my feelings on this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We support customer networks and are part of the partner program. Given this, we commonly push for business' to implement Sophos Firewalls into their networks ranging from XG's to XGS's. This provides state of the art protection against all sorts of viruses, malware, cyberincidents just to name a few!
