What is airSlate?
What do you like best about the product?
I dont know what airslate is. I do know what SignNow is and I have been using it for a couple of years now. It's a good product.
What do you dislike about the product?
SignNow is good a product for the price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The upgrades are better. I still don't know what airslate is.
I use SignNow daily in my sales position to process proposals and on boarding forms.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create a hyperlink and copy/paste in an email to a customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the response times are sluggish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The speed and ease of passing documents to business customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Our client's do not need to use a computer in order to review and sign now as they can use their own cell phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the program freezes which delays our client signing the neededdocuments

It is quick and easy for our client and attorneys to sign all documents necessary

smooth and intuitive in using making it a very practical tool

some setting cannot be changed (e.g. saved list of signers)

Makes the Approval process for invoices smooth and quick

Best part is how easy it is to use. It's quick to upload documents and get them signed.

Honestly I don't have any negative feedback. I have used a few different e signature websites and this is by far the easiest and reliable

Having customers easily and quickly sign off on projects and orders

Contains the majority of the features I have needed. Nice to be able to push docs to Google Drive. Reasonably priced. Quite responsive customer service.

Features gaps:
1. I work from templates constantly. It's quite burdensome when I need to change the underlying PDF (e.g. add or subtract a page from the document) and then bring in the prior version's SignNow fields. You end up reconstructing work. In other words, it needs smarter features to support template users.
2. Need the ability to cancel a document sent to a client WITHOUT notifying them you've done this. It is important when want to replace a document but don't want to suprise a client/sour the relationship unnecessarily.
3. Mobile refresh of dashboard is a bit slow.

Basic new client onboarding survey and e-signature

its extremly easy to use, easy to explain to clients and makes things fast and rekliable when taking contract information

only thing i would lke to see an improvment with is the speed of downloading for the contracts and how long it takes to actually be recived by a client

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of SignNow is that it is easy to use and none of the prompts are confusing and I love all the confirmations once a document is completely signed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would change is it would be nice to download the history from the app instead of the web browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Besides the convenience of not having to deal with hard copies it also saves me a ton of time.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive design makes it easy for new people to get used to the platform, which as a member of the IT team couldn't make me happier. Less expensive than some other more well known products out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
If your membership expires like ours did I wasn't a fan of having to set everything up again, users etc. Although the support rep I spoke with did make doing so super easy and pretty much took care of it for us.
