    What is our primary use case?

    My main use case for SignNow  is that it is easy to set up and easier for users, usually requiring little to no training to get started. I love the signing links that can be created and posted on our websites and the ability to create shared folders within the platform that can be used by members of the same team, like accounting, sales, HR, and many more departments, without having to share the logins.

    A quick specific example of how my team uses SignNow  day-to-day is primarily for HR onboarding and benefits open enrollment. SignNow provides an easy way for us to keep track of who has completed required paperwork and who hasn't. It also allows us to have digital signatures and a secure site to store documents. It is very easy to use for both signees and senders.

    I also use SignNow for all my contracts and agreements. SignNow creates a one-stop shop where I can send clients my documents. Each page is PDF fillable, and they can submit any documents I need all within one page. Overall, my clients love the efficiency this company creates for us.

    What is most valuable?

    The best features SignNow offers are PDF fillable portions where signatures, dating, and text are included. Sending agreements to my clients is seamless. Completing and signing packets to send back to brokers is great. The mobile app is amazing. Customer service is great. It is pretty easy to bulk send documents to multiple clients at once. Signing is not an issue on the mobile screen; it is very seamless. The cost is very competitive.

    Regarding the features, Single Sign-On  and automatically recognizing fields are great. SignNow has positively impacted our organization by saving time with reusable templates. I have been able to save time from thirty percent to sixty-five percent since I started using this tool. It is also very cost-effective and helps us save more costs. We get contracts approved and signed more quickly, and it has increased collaboration within different departments when sharing links and documents.

    What needs improvement?

    The biggest downside or challenge for us was having to involve support to enable SSO . It would be nice to be able to turn that on and configure it on our own. However, that is a minor inconvenience in the scope of things.

    I would also like to see a basic free account for a limited document user option available as well.

    I have been using SignNow for five years.

    What do I think about the stability of the solution?

    SignNow is very stable; I have not experienced any downtime so far.

    SignNow's scalability is very good because it has handled all the contracts and documents that we store and send to our clients efficiently.

    The customer support is very responsive and helpful. I would rate the customer support a nine out of ten.

    I measured the time saved by comparing my current use of SignNow with my previous tool, DocuSign . Previously, I was using DocuSign , and it was hectic and difficult to use, especially on the client side. Since I moved from DocuSign to SignNow, it has been very easy and cost-effective. I have seen an increase of time saving from thirty to sixty-five percent when compared with DocuSign. I switched from DocuSign because of the cost and the complexity of DocuSign's features.

    My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing is that the price is very competitive, making it very cost-effective.

    My advice to others looking into using SignNow is that it is a great contract management tool. It has improved collaboration with our stakeholders outside our organization, and departmental collaboration internally has been great. Time saved on document execution processes makes it essential for conducting remote businesses, so it is a very recommendable tool. I appreciate this tool because it provides a platform that is easy to use for creating a document with a digital signature. It also provides a platform that is easy to access for people who are signing digitally, and the platform makes it easy for me to see who has or hasn't signed the documents I have sent. I would rate this product a nine out of ten.

    What is our primary use case?

    My main use case for SignNow  is that it works well when I need to get signatures from several people who are in different places, such as contracts with outside suppliers or approval for documents between departments. There have been cases where I have been able to resolve everything in one day, something that used to take a week easily.

    When the issue requires more detail or changes constantly, such as documents still under review, it is not as practical to use SignNow  because it has to be present every time. Another case where SignNow helped me significantly was when I needed to get a signature for an urgent contract with a supplier who was traveling. I sent it through the system, and in less than half an hour, everything was signed without having to print anything, with everything completed online and securely.

    I also use SignNow for communication and collaboration with my team members, which is very valuable.

    What is most valuable?

    The best features SignNow offers are its scalability; it scales with my workflow. It is very lightweight and user-friendly, and it is very affordable. The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. Apart from the desktop solution and mobile apps for iOS and Android, SignNow can also be set up as an API integration and an on-premises solution. Additionally, it provides automated guidance through the e-signature process, online payments collection, bulk sending, reusable templates, fillable fields, calculated fields, sending documents in groups, audit trail, and is court-admissible.

    SignNow has positively impacted my organization by being very helpful in sending documents for quick approval and quick signing to save time. It has replaced paper forms with an automated system that saves considerable time through automating tedious and time-consuming tasks. It has saved me time chasing clients to get paperwork signed since I do not have to pursue them. I have gotten my own documents signed more easily and maintained professionalism. My team saves around 5,000 hours per week.

    What needs improvement?

    To improve SignNow, I would suggest adding more advanced features like redirect upon signing and personal branding. I also do not think the option to use the app should remain as the prominent option when opening the document. The open with browser option should be more prominent.

    Additionally, SignNow APIs are extremely expensive; however, it is still much cheaper than DocuSign . I wish SignNow could recognize pages within a document, as currently, a user has to edit only the page when editing templates or documents. It might do this, but integrating a contacts list from Outlook or other email providers such as Gmail and Yahoo is problematic.

    I have been using SignNow for the past four years.

    In my experience, SignNow is very stable; I have not experienced any downtime or lagging.

    SignNow's scalability is very good; it grows with my organization's needs. I am able to send contracts, manage contracts, and manage documents for both my clients and my team members.

    The advice I would give to others looking into using SignNow is that it is highly recommended, particularly useful for simple documents, forms, and contracts where the fields are standard, such as names, signature block, and title. It would be helpful to have features that allow substitution of certain fields in the blanks, allowing the use of the same templates while first having a dialogue to integrate language for a person, corporation, partnership, or LLP.

    I have additional thoughts about SignNow, such as there are many features that are easy to use. It saves email addresses and allows me to make templates that are very helpful, as it expedites use on a larger scale. I would rate this product a 9 overall.
