What do you like best about the product?
Drop box makes file storage and syncing extremely easy across devices. I can automatically back up documents, photos, spreadsheet and hotel operations to the cloud and access them on my phone
What do you dislike about the product?
The free storage is 2GB which is very small and the paid plans feel expensive compared with competitors like Google drive or onedrive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the problem of lost, scattered or outdated files. In my job operations I can ensure that reports, SOPs, guest forms are backed up and shared in real time with team members

What do you like best about the product?
I like the organization of the files that I store in Dropbox. I specifically like that I can send a link for an entire folder and share multiple pictures. I love that I can use it on my desktop or cell phone while I’m out in the field. It’s very easy to access. Very little training is needed to operate the Dropbox application.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything about it .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can save documents from any software, even away from my desktop. I like the organization, sharing via links, and ease of access on my desktop or phone. Little training is needed to operate Dropbox.

I have been using dropbox personally since last 5-6 years and I feel that the following makes it best -

What do you like best about the product?
I find Dropbox to be the most versatile tool for storage of files, suitable for both personal and professional use. It stands out for the ease with which I can share large files, bypassing email size restrictions and compatibility issues. I also appreciate its clean layout that allows me to quickly find, upload, and share files efficiently. Dropbox enhances my experience and efficiency in file management and collaboration. I love that it's a centralized cloud storage solution, making it easy for me to upload files and access them from any device, whether it's a computer, tablet, or smartphone, ensuring that my important documents are always within reach. The integration with other tools and software is also a highlight, and the initial setup was incredibly easy and simple with a great interface.
