This listing offers one pricing option: the Enterprise plan. You buy it as a contract priced per user, per year. A minimum of 100 users applies, so your cost scales with the number of users you enroll. You can customize the number of users and storage for your organization. Billing runs annually under the contract term. Because pricing is per user, adding more users raises your total, while the per-user rate stays the same.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
One user is one individual person with their own Enterprise account. Each collaborator you enroll counts as one user toward the 100-user minimum. Full collaboration requires each person to have their own account. Storage is pooled and customized for the whole organization rather than allocated per user.
Your per-user rate drives the cost, billed annually. Adding users raises your total while the per-user rate stays the same. Storage is customizable for your organization and is not billed separately as its own metric. So user count is the main factor in your annual invoice.
No. People without accounts can share, collaborate, or send files through file request and transfer links. These external contributors do not count as billed users. Only enrolled account holders count toward the 100-user minimum and your per-user charge.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Dropbox is the seamless way it lets me save my files—documents, photos, and videos—and share them easily with anyone else, even when I don’t have a flash drive, which can cost me a couple of dollars

Sometimes Dropbox upload speed are heavily throttled and files take much longer to upload. This has been a recent occurance that has slowed us down a little

What do you like best about the product?
I mainly use Dropbox to store and share files. It makes it easy to access documents from different devices and share files with teammates without sending large attachments. I also find the file syncing and backup useful for keeping important work files organized. I like most about Dropbox is that it’s simple and easy to use. I can upload files, access them from different devices, and share them with others without much hassle. The syncing is also useful because I don’t have to worry about keeping multiple copies of the same file. It makes my work easier because I can save a file once and access the same file from my laptop or phone without moving it around manually. The syncing also helps make sure I’m working with the latest version of a file. Sharing is simple too, especially when I need to send files to teammates or clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the file search could be improved as finding a specific file can take some time with many files and folders. I also wish that sharing and permission settings were simpler to manage.

What do you like best about the product?
I mainly use Dropbox to organize and share project files, technical documents, presentations, and resources that I need across different projects. What I appreciate most is how easy it is to access the same files from different devices without constantly having to transfer them manually. The main downside is that the storage can feel limited, especially when working with large files, photos, or videos. Upgrading to a higher storage plan can also become expensive over time.
