This listing offers one pricing option: the Enterprise plan. You buy it as a contract priced per user, per year. A minimum of 100 users applies, so your cost scales with the number of users you enroll. You can customize the number of users and storage for your organization. Billing runs annually under the contract term. Because pricing is per user, adding more users raises your total, while the per-user rate stays the same.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
One user is one individual person with their own Enterprise account. Each collaborator you enroll counts as one user toward the 100-user minimum. Full collaboration requires each person to have their own account. Storage is pooled and customized for the whole organization rather than allocated per user.
Your per-user rate drives the cost, billed annually. Adding users raises your total while the per-user rate stays the same. Storage is customizable for your organization and is not billed separately as its own metric. So user count is the main factor in your annual invoice.
No. People without accounts can share, collaborate, or send files through file request and transfer links. These external contributors do not count as billed users. Only enrolled account holders count toward the 100-user minimum and your per-user charge.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Dropbox for work is how effortlessly it keeps everything organized and synced in one place. No matter where I am or which device I’m using, all my files are right there when I need them—no hunting around or worrying that I’m missing the latest version.
What do you dislike about the product?
What really gets frustrating is when large files take forever to sync, or when the search feature doesn’t surface a document you know is buried in there somewhere. On top of that, managing shared links and permissions can quickly turn into a headache when you just want to hand off a file fast, without having to second-guess who has access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox clears up the mess of scattered files and device storage limits by keeping everything in one centralized, cloud-synced place. For me, that means I can pull up any document right away from any device, share files without running into email attachment limits, and have my work backed up safely in the background without needing to think about it.

It’s not easy to make an album for pictures and video.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing for me is that I don't have to worry about the local storage filling up, as Dropbox frees the space on my local drive. Being able to send huge files over email with just a link is also a big plus for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes need to manually sort the file duplicates when multiple users work on the same file. Pricing is also slightly expensive, as competitors provide more features in the same range.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I cannot rely on a local drive for a huge amount of storage with safety and security. Dropbox provides me with a solution for that, with safe and secure access to large cloud storage.

What do you like best about the product?
It looks & feels just like Windows File Explorer. Files can be saved to your PC or held in the cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult to keep track of Permissions and Sharing and how many collaborators you have to pay for with your license.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It avoids our small company ~10 employees having to buy and manage a company server. It really helps with remote working.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Dropbox for over a decade, and although many other applications try to imitate it, I still find it to be the best. It has become my default app for managing storage space across my various devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t have any complaints about Dropbox. It delivers on everything it promises, and I honestly can’t recall a time when I wasn’t able to access my data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I’m working across desktops, laptops, smartphones, and tablets, it’s a very useful tool to have for keeping everything on the same page.
