What is our primary use case?
I use Dropbox Business - Enterprise generally to share files with my team members and colleagues, facilitating real-time collaboration. It is an outstanding tool for storing data because it provides excellent value at a low cost. It provides excellent control and access of our files at the folder and file levels.
What is most valuable?
Dropbox Business - Enterprise is a very great platform. It is much more cost-effective compared to other alternatives, it is easy to use, and it has a very intuitive, user-friendly interface. I also appreciate the layout of the documents when logging in for the first time; it is a very simple file system and easy to find things that I work with every day. I also appreciate the design of it; it is very pleasing to the eye with the color scheme and layout. Generally, this tool helps to facilitate operations when users are offsite, allowing us to work remotely and collaborate effectively. It enables real-time file sharing, and it is comforting to know that our files are very secure because of the robust security features that Dropbox Business - Enterprise provides.

The secure file sharing capabilities with external users and features such as link expiration are some of the features that I highly value while using Dropbox Business - Enterprise. This ensures that our sensitive information is shared securely while maintaining control over access to our files.
The simplicity and the user-friendly interface of the platform enhance usability for both new and experienced users, saving time on the learning curve. I would also mention the integration; it seamlessly integrates with tools such as Adobe and Microsoft, enhancing our experience and our workflow, and has helped to increase our productivity.
I have been able to save time due to quick uploading of files and it has been easy to share files. I have been able to save time by 70%. Additionally, it is easy to edit documents and save without downloading them. Searching for documents has been very easy as well.
What needs improvement?
Dropbox Business - Enterprise does not handle backslashes well and it creates a subfolder unintentionally. Additionally, it could be improved; it could be better at editing PDFs in addition to Word documents online.
Compatibility with some devices is not as robust as it could be.

I have used Dropbox Business - Enterprise for the past five years; I was using it even in my previous organization.

Dropbox Business - Enterprise is very stable; there is no downtime and no lagging.

I previously used OneDrive.
I switched from OneDrive to Dropbox Business - Enterprise because it is more cost-effective, trustworthy, and has customizability. The upload of a file is very fast, and sharing our files securely with our team or colleagues has been very efficient. I have no complaints about data breaches as compared to our previous tool, which was OneDrive.

The setup was straightforward and easy; there was no complication at all and no errors.
