What is our primary use case?
My main use case for SignNow is that it works well when I need to get signatures from several people who are in different places, such as contracts with outside suppliers or approval for documents between departments. There have been cases where I have been able to resolve everything in one day, something that used to take a week easily.
When the issue requires more detail or changes constantly, such as documents still under review, it is not as practical to use SignNow because it has to be present every time. Another case where SignNow helped me significantly was when I needed to get a signature for an urgent contract with a supplier who was traveling. I sent it through the system, and in less than half an hour, everything was signed without having to print anything, with everything completed online and securely.
I also use SignNow for communication and collaboration with my team members, which is very valuable.
What is most valuable?
The best features SignNow offers are its scalability; it scales with my workflow. It is very lightweight and user-friendly, and it is very affordable. The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. Apart from the desktop solution and mobile apps for iOS and Android, SignNow can also be set up as an API integration and an on-premises solution. Additionally, it provides automated guidance through the e-signature process, online payments collection, bulk sending, reusable templates, fillable fields, calculated fields, sending documents in groups, audit trail, and is court-admissible.
SignNow has positively impacted my organization by being very helpful in sending documents for quick approval and quick signing to save time. It has replaced paper forms with an automated system that saves considerable time through automating tedious and time-consuming tasks. It has saved me time chasing clients to get paperwork signed since I do not have to pursue them. I have gotten my own documents signed more easily and maintained professionalism. What needs improvement?
To improve SignNow, I would suggest adding more advanced features like redirect upon signing and personal branding. I also do not think the option to use the app should remain as the prominent option when opening the document. The open with browser option should be more prominent.
Additionally, SignNow APIs are extremely expensive; however, it is still much cheaper than DocuSign . I wish SignNow could recognize pages within a document, as currently, a user has to edit only the page when editing templates or documents. It might do this, but integrating a contacts list from Outlook or other email providers such as Gmail and Yahoo is problematic.

The advice I would give to others looking into using SignNow is that it is highly recommended, particularly useful for simple documents, forms, and contracts where the fields are standard, such as names, signature block, and title. It would be helpful to have features that allow substitution of certain fields in the blanks, allowing the use of the same templates while first having a dialogue to integrate language for a person, corporation, partnership, or LLP.
I have additional thoughts about SignNow, such as there are many features that are easy to use. It saves email addresses and allows me to make templates that are very helpful, as it expedites use on a larger scale. I would rate this product a 9 overall.

What is our primary use case?
SignNow is an electronic signature solution that we use for signing off contracts from our clients and for having our invoices signed by a specific department within our company. This is the most user-friendly and very easy way to get binding signatures on the most important things for us. It's also a very cost-effective tool with no hassle when it comes to paying for the license or subscribing to it. It's very easy to use for both our employees and our clients, and it saves a lot of time.
Signing documents with legal binding and sales contracts has clauses that make it easy for both parties to keep track of things. The signing link is the best feature and can be shared easily and quickly. Email invites can also be sent with one click, which I love.
Since we started using this tool, when I compare it with our previous tool, DocuSign , we have been able to save 40 to 50% of our time compared to our previous DocuSign implementation which was 20 to 30%. SignNow has really saved us a lot of time. It has also saved us cost because clients don't have to come out from their offices; they just have to open their mobile app or personal computer and sign the documents as quickly as possible. We are able to guide them through the documents, which has grown trust and allowed us to retain our customers.

That has really worked well, especially with our mobile support when we or our clients have concerns with the mobile app. The mobile app has also been really great because it helps our team while working from home or remotely. They are able to open the mobile app and sign documents on the go, promoting collaboration.
SignNow has positively impacted my organization. Since we started using SignNow, it has improved the time for signature collection, saving both parties time and reducing client doubts about signing with us. It has improved team collaboration because we all have access to this tool, and NDAs are signed much faster than they used to be. Reusable templates help out a lot.
What needs improvement?
My user experience with SignNow has been really phenomenal and great. There are just some small glitches or small improvements needed to make it a perfect tool, such as blurry image fixing, adding comments to text which is not currently possible, and a double sending glitch.
I would like to see them issue an encrypted sign certificate once the document is fully signed. This would be desirable but is not overall necessary.

SignNow is very cost-effective, and any organization of any size can afford it. When we compare it to our previous solution, DocuSign, SignNow is much easier to use and very cost-effective. It's also easy to control and learn how to use, especially because the learning curve is very smooth and the user interface is very intuitive.
It has reduced paper consumption by 80%, and we use no paper now. It has saved us 40 to 50% of our time annually and monthly, with easy access to signed documents.
