What is our primary use case?
My main use case for SignNow is the ease of use because of the intuitive and user-friendly interface that makes it very easy to use for anyone, even those who are not technically well equipped.
We are using SignNow across the entire organization for all our e-signature requirements, including HR, sales, operation, marketing, and product.
I can give a specific example of how we use SignNow for e-signature requirements in our HR department, which includes easy management as a sender and as a recipient. It is also easy to manage users, create templates, and share document templates for multiple SignNow users to access.
What is most valuable?
SignNow has provided us with a streamlined and secure way to sign proposals and contracts. It has solved our previously cumbersome and manual process, allowing us to go paperless.
The best features that SignNow offers which stand out to me include its very easy use on mobile, laptop, or even on a mobile phone, and I would say the templates are also very useful because they allow us easy access to SignNow.
Since adopting SignNow, it has positively impacted our organization by improving remote working communication where we are able to share documents securely for signing, effectively enhancing field sales. It has also streamlined our HR department because it is very easy now to sign documents and we have been able to go paperless while saving a lot of time and cost. Additionally, setting templates saves time and improves the overall professional feel of our contracts.
What needs improvement?
I see potential for improvement in SignNow because I would prefer to be able to select different font options, which would be easy, and having more font options and a wider range of templates would also be appreciated.
Overall, I would love SignNow to work on the mobile app as seamlessly as it works on the PC.

The setup process was straightforward, and as I mentioned before, it is very easy to use even for those without technical expertise due to its intuitive and user-friendly interface.

I have seen a return on investment with SignNow, as it has helped me personalize documents easily and save time, allowing us to send and receive documents electronically while they are signed and saved. It has also facilitated collaboration with my staff remotely through easy document sharing.

I would recommend SignNow to others looking into using it because it is an outstanding e-signature application with a simple user interface. It is really easy to use, making the uploading and downloading of our documents quicker. It has boosted our remote collaboration and added security while sending and receiving documents for e-signature. It has streamlined everything in my organization and has really saved us a lot of time. It is a must-have tool.
I can share specific outcomes related to how much time or money we have saved, noting that we have been able to save a lot of time, about 60 to 65%. Through going paperless, we used a lot of emails, and we were wasting a lot of time waiting for emails and sending emails. Now, it has been streamlined; it is easy to send and easily receive documents while they are signed easily.
I would like to add that SignNow integrates with most of the CRM platforms.
SignNow is a superb e-signature tool with simple and straightforward usage.

What is our primary use case?
My main use case for SignNow is onboarding, such as new team member onboarding, and also change management and any access requests.
For onboarding, SignNow is being used when a new team member joins and there is the whole process of policy acknowledgements, equipment handoffs, and different types of forms. In this case, we use SignNow to sign the documents and send them quickly.
What is most valuable?
The best features that I have seen in SignNow are the workflow automation, such as the reminders, expiration, and also the team sharing option. Additionally, I have loved the integrations that SignNow currently has. The security part of it is also really impressive.
The workflow automation and reminders in SignNow have helped my team in day-to-day life. When we have onboarded a new person, there are a few reminders set so that the new onboard gets a particular reminder that the form needs to be signed at that time. This ease is maintained and we do not need to follow up continuously. This is something that really helped.
SignNow has positively impacted my organization because these quick things that need manual intervention are faster, and it is helpful due to fast approvals. Additionally, the lower cost because of email-based processes and strong traceability for audits and compliance purposes is something it has helped with.
What needs improvement?
SignNow can be improved by having more granular admin roles, permissions, and some strong domain organizational controls. Additionally, API or webhook reliability will also guarantee higher and better parity. More richer template versioning and conditional logic in SignNow will really make it better.
On the user experience side, I think things can be more user-friendly.

I have seen a return on investment with SignNow because the manual process required the intervention of multiple employees, but here, things are taken care of by SignNow. The reminder and expiration features help, and we have avoided paper. This has helped to avoid courier costs and printing costs, and saved labor as 8 to 15 minutes per document was needed previously, but here SignNow helps. Additionally, there are fewer errors.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing for SignNow is that all of it is affordable from the point of the organization. The pricing, setup cost, and obviously the maintainability and licensing have helped a lot because there is no mandatory setup fee for SignNow. That is something that I have liked. Things are also on a per-user basis, so we do not actually pay for the whole thing, but we pay per user.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
I did not evaluate other options before choosing SignNow.
What other advice do I have?
My advice to others looking into using SignNow is to go for it because it will really help to reduce costs on a daily basis. It will also save the time of employees and let employees actually focus on the more important things. I would rate this review a 7 on a scale of 1 to 10.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about airSlate SignNow is how simple it makes managing digital agreements.
