GREAT Electronic Signature Option
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to get required signature from my over the road drivers without having to schedule deliveries or pick up in the area for them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the option to auto archive or schedule sending documents

We can eliminate extra stops and dead head miles for our drivers by sending required documents via Sign Now

What do you like best about the product?
I searched a few months and tried a few products only to find this product to be the most effective economically product

Wish the basic feature could have one link for each document instead of emailing it to each individual
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
People do not have access to fax machines or ability to sign on line easily without this.

Signnow is the best that I found for signing and producing documents.

We are an insurance agency which handles large amounts of e-signatures, it's good to have a clear record of which documents are pending signatures. It's great to have a tool to easily remind clients to e-sign.
What do you dislike about the product?
it seems like there is one too many steps to send out an e-sign. It would be nice to streamline a bit more, but it would save me 10 seconds, so not a big issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
getting e-signatures is a breeze. I can send the e-signatures, move on to another task, and not worry that I have an outstanding item. SignNow makes it obvious that there are signatures missing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need to collect signatures and need to make sure they are securely collected, then SignNow is the product for you.

I no longer have to instruct signers repeatedly about where to sign my documents--they sign in the spots provided and everybody is happy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of my templates do not seem to work, and the site can be a little slow.

I save time as I no longer have to send and re-send documents on which the signers have made mistakes.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating and uploading PDF files for our customers to sign and approve their designs.
What do you dislike about the product?
How many times we get kicked off the SignNow platform and have to log back in. Happens more frequently lately. Also, it's not a user-friendly program for out customers that would like to sign and view by their mobile devices. It makes them upload an app each time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past, we had some trouble receiving troubleshooting support from SignNow. However, lately we have been able to resolve most issues by reaching out to the individuals we've communicated with in past problems.

We love to use this program for our clients. Easy to use, with minimal confusion for most people.
What do you dislike about the product?
We dislike that sometimes when we are typing in the information it misses letters.

We love the fact our clients can sign from home without the inconvenience for them to always have to come in to our office.
Easy and Fast To Use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy ability to add fields to complete or signature lines. I also enjoy how easy it is to track items.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the option existed to change fields after the customer had started to complete the forms existed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Often customers can't visit our office to sign forms. This is a much more convenient method to obtain signatures rather than fax, or printing and rescanning.

Just give it a shot, you will not be disappointed.

It is relatively easy to set up documents for signature.
What do you dislike about the product?
A nice feature that should be added easily is the ability to select multiple documents by checking boxes in a list format so that they could be included in one function. We have merged so many documents and we really don't need to keep the singular documents that make up a merged document. It's a pain to go through and delete one at a time. That's almost archaic! The only other issue is the invitation emails not making it to the individuals inbox. The invite emails increasingly end up in spam or junk folders, or never arrive at all.

It's a time-saver, for us and our clients.

I wish the basic membership had a group signing feature (ability to create a link to the document).

We get more returns on our documents, more NDAs signed, and its easy to use. Our clients prefer the digital interface.
