Great e signing platform for business needs
What do you like best about the product?
We've been using SignNow for over a year and the whole process has been a breeze. We started using it and never looked back because at the price point and the service it provides it's probably the best tool that there is. It made our contract & NDA signing process so much easier and faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can use some improvements. The current UI is not too old but there are a lot of things that can be improved in terms of UI.

At the price point it's a great platform to use for your electronic signing needs.

What do you like best about the product?
I can send a link to a customer and have them sign the documents
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't edit a document once it's completed. To edit I have to delete the whole thing and start from scratch. Then I have to create a whole new link and then update all of our templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There's a lot of problems with signatures. Customers are constantly telling us that they can't sign the documents.

I like how easy it is to gather signatures.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's frustrating that you cannot customize your username/email after you register. I got married 1.5 years ago and they wouldn't let me change my user email which I feel confuses people I sent documents to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's been easier to gather needed signatures for my sales quota.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It needs to be easier to customize my profile and what's communicated to those I invite a document to.

I love being able to generate a signing link I can use over and over for general contracts.

I wish there was a way to organize forms, i.e. folders to categorize templates.

We are able to send our clients contracts online, which saves us a lot of time, energy and paper.

Great if you are looking to expedite paperwork with clients and staff.
Excellent Program
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. More value for your money compared to it's competitors. I used DocuSign and Soda PDF prior to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to manage the email notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Esignatures are easy, I like the email notifications. Other programs, don't attach the document to the email so you have to log into the program to get it.
Actual, Real Electronic Signature
What do you like best about the product?
I love that documents can actually be electronically signed with your finger or stylus on smartphones, tablets, and pads! It is your actual signature in an electronic, digital format. :)
What do you dislike about the product?
It has not been adopted by a seemingly rather large number of financial entities, particularly dealing with mortgage lending.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clients are saved the hassle of printing, signing, scanning, and sending back by return email.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It has been a resource for me doing what other electronic signing services didn't do.

Ive been using this since 2011 and I am very thankful for ease if use.

I dislike that I cannot transfer or signnow cannot transfer from other email To other email i want to use now.

I like that it is easy to use and allows options to customize like add initials, signatures, date and time. The other feature is the security by allowing to verify with phone number as it gives an extra layer to prevent fraud.

there is nothing that I dislike at this time. The features I want are all available in higher tier plans.

I have solved the problem of gathering signatures from clients that are unable to make it to the office. This allows me to close more business and maintain a high level of efficiency leading to client satisfaction.

You can access from desktop or your cellphone, makes it a breeze to fill out important forms on the go and the instant update when it's signed is convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are definitely days with more glitches than others but it never stays down long. Overall we are super happy with the value for the price point.

We solve the issue of being able to access our lease documents at the tap of a finger. Using signnow allows our employees to work from any where which has been invaluable.
