I love Sign Now!
What do you like best about the product?
It makes adding my initials or signature to documents SO EASY. If you have to approve invoices or add your signature to documents often, this is the perfect service. All you have to do is open the document within SignNow and you can add your pre-saved initials, signature, date, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a cheaper desktop version or an option to use your mobile credentials online. I have the app on my phone but I'm not able to use SignNow on my laptop or desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has made the invoice approval process faster, which has helped to ensure that our clients are getting paid in a timely manner.

I would definitely recommend SignNow!

What do you like best about the product?
SignNow is much more affordable than other more popular brands, and has a a less crowded interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few functions that need some more thought, such as remembering names of previous signers. Entering long text in a template is also unusable in its current format. Best use is to uploaded a completed PDF, not try to edit one on the site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a property management company, and don't have a lot of things to sign. SignNow is much more affordable for our usage.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to map fields from an existing generic template to new agreement
What do you dislike about the product?
Exporting the agreement data is a bit clunky. Larger data fields have formatting issues, i.e. a space inserted every so often, presumably at the end of every line on screen. The signing process on tablet and mobile has not been well received by recipients. Desktop is best. A data entry is stored for every attempted signing which has to be filtered out (and there are often a lot of them). You have no way of tracking who attempted to sign the agreement so you have no means of following up or handling objections from the non-completed signers.

Quick and efficient way of signing up partners on a simple to use platform

SignNow is ideal for quick deployment of online agreement signing with the ability to share signing links or directly invite signers straight out of the platform. If you need to capture a large amount of data from signers - fields with multiple lines currently present formatting issues but this is not insurmountable.

I love that the pricing is inexpensive, you can create templates, assign team members and its just a easy to use system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of, the system is working fine for us.

It's a VERY easy to use the system with a cost-effective pricing. Other companies charge double for the same features. I switched and have not looked back.
Easy to use, better than the rest
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple it is to use, that I can just upload my proposals, contracts and documents, and get people to sign them quickly and easily. Most of the competing software is heavily template based, but all my contracts and proposals are different enough that templating isn't so useful to me. My favourite feature is how professional it looks when I send it to clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have the feature of sending a message with the contract or proposal.

I never have to worry about whether a client has signed the proposal properly. and all my contracts are stored in one place. I

What do you like best about the product?
SIgnNow is an easy to use, convenient app that applies to many of the business and personal functions I encounter. It connects to other apps that store documents on the cloud and easily sends signed documents via email.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about the app at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SignNow to sign documents as well as to complete short PDF forms. Rather than printing a document, completing it and re-scanning, SignNow allows me to quickly complete documents and send them off as needed.
Amazing experience. I use this for all of my Operating room paperwork when necessary
What do you like best about the product?
It's ease of use and access on any device that I have. The iOS system is much easier to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to edit after signing. Many times after creating a document from templates, I need to go back and edit incorrect numbers. It's not easy/or available to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It hold templates of all billing documents for every hospital I work with.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use for both myself and my clients. My Clients like it because they can look over the contract when ever they are ready. I like it because It stores my contract on the cloud and I have the ability to print it or to save it to my own computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that could be better is the ability to make the fonts larger to view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to present a paper copy of my photography contract to my clients. I can now simply email them my contract and in less that 5 minutes I have a signed contract in hand.

I don't like that its been a couple months now and the Droid patch has not been completed, thus not allowing me to utilize software completely

Allows me to obtain vital signatures from people unable to make it in town
It's been a very easy transition to going paperless for my business!

I really really love using SignNow! I love being able to use the app on an iPad with clients - going over the contract and then having them sign it with their finger. I also love being able to log in on my computer and iPad and access the contracts from anywhere!
What do you dislike about the product?
I get a little confused with emailing the contract to clients. Once the document has been signed by all parties, I wish it would automatically send the final signed copy to all of the signers. Maybe it does, but I haven't figured it out. I thought it did, and then my clients say they haven't received it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Going paperless! I have the information from contracts at my fingertips, and it's been so convenient!
