Time saver
What do you like best about the product?
Saves an incredible amount of time compared to the old school method of printing documents, signing them, and then scanning them. Also provides great record-keeping of signed documents, and document control in terms of whom has signed documents, and when they signed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often have to let signers know to check their spam/junk folders for signnow emails - for some reason they seem to get stuck in spam/junk quite often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time saving and record keeping.

What do you like best about the product?
It's simple, easy to use. All my clients use it just fine without any issues. I've been using it for five years now and love it. It also has great security and notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I love using SignNow. Everything works great for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Anytime I have to prefill docs or get aplocations signed by clients. It makes it quick, easy and instantaneous.
SignNow is a game changer!
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy for me to create signable documents for clients. They can also easily log in securely and sign the documents. We used to need to drive across town or fax, which sometimes made the documents illegible. I love this option!
What do you dislike about the product?
The spaces on our documents for client initials are quite small, and I cannot make the box small enough. This is trivial, but really my only complaint. I sometimes forget to do certain steps and have to start over, but really, it is such a time savings and incredibly convenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using a secure system for e-signature, we are saving time and reducing the number of cars on the road driving across town to sign a document, so our carbon footprint is much smaller!

SignNow is very user-friendly; it is easy to navigate and go back to previous screens. No training required; just open an account and go.
The software memorizes email addresses, which is always handy for future reference.
Just a super easy way to get signatures, and best of all, those who are requested to sign, do NOT need to open an account.
Also, colour coding helps differentiate between signatories!

Getting documents signed, such as leases, and a large variety of other paperwork in property management.

Preparing docs is super easy. Interface is very easy to learn and navigate

Redoing the size of the signature box almost everytime.

What do you like best about the product?
SignNow has been a positive e-signature option for our firm's needs. The features are user-friendly for both the user and the signer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The default functions for signers in a group of documents vs single documents can be confusing. I would like to see consistency in this area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to send and receive engagement letters, corporate and litigation documents quickly and efficiently using the SignNow platform.

I love how easy it is to send a document to multiple users and the ease of completion.

It took me a little while to get the hang of it, but once I did it was very easy.

I work in a remote office setting, it makes it easy to get contracts and documents signed from our staff throughout the County.
Great Work Tool
What do you like best about the product?
We use this website every day at my company. I really like how you can see if the email has been opened by the customer. This allows me to connect with my customers and see if they need any help completing their documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
There used to be a feature where I would get an email every time one document in the group was signed. This let me download each document as they were signed but now I get all of the emails at once when the whole packet is completed. I get 10 emails all at the same time. I don't find it very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work in a very paper-centric business as movers. We used to have our consultants have all of their paperwork signed with customers onsite, but now we can have customers complete their paperwork at their leisure. Most customers are able to navigate it without help.
I began using SignNow in 2019 to process contracts. It is user friendly and has saved me time.

No notification for bad email addresses.
