Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
We use SignNow in our law firm and it is easy to use and makes life easier for all parties involved. We usually have very tight deadlines on completing our Agreements and this helps speed up the process. SignNow is very easy to set up for the signature process. I have had to contact customer service on a few occaisions and they have been very helpful and quick to resolve any issues. We use SignNow almost daily in our workdays!
What do you dislike about the product?
Part of our practice involves sealed Court files and we do not want copies of the documents floating around as they are sealed by the Court so it would be nice to not allow signers to download or save the documents. This is an important option that would probably assist other law firms with sealed Court files. It would also be helpful if you had an option to apply initials once placed on page automatically placed in the same place on the remaining pages (time consuming to do this on 50 - 80 page documents).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SignNow has made it possible for us to sign our Court documents electronically without the need to meet clients in person.
Quick and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
signNow is a quick easy tool for otainign sigature from clients nasd collegaues instantly. Teh hoem page is easy to manage clients and confirm completion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only drawback is the saved clients does not auto populate both field when you select them from your address book.

What do you like best about the product?
Does everything I need to do. I use it prettu much every day. Intuitive, easy to use. Clients like it.

I wish there was a way to set up a template where it overlays future documents and automatically adds signatures, initials on the pages according to the template.
I also find that the emails often end up in clients' "spam" folder, not sure what can be done about it,

SignNow is an absolute blessing! It's not only environmentally friendly (as it offers paperless solutions) but also aligns with the saying, 'time is money'.
A great way to get the documents reviewed and signed. Even a novice can get things done on SignNow.

SignNow should have a feature to amend the document once it's uploaded. It would save more time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick and easy signing. We don't have to rely on clients having to print the forms and sign the document so that's great!

The ability to add blocks of text to a word document which are transformed into signing blocks or text blocks. Multi-signer functionality as well. API is robust.

The templates are ridgid. I would like to have some aditional flexibility to change text.

Handling signing from multi signers. Every document is unique so uploading with code to create signing blocks is great.

What do you like best about the product?
the platform is super easy to use, I like how the website was displayed and each of the documents, easy to tell whether a document has been signed off
What do you dislike about the product?
for the most part, everything is good for daily use - it would be helpful it was possible to download the document even if there were signatures missing, but not sure if that is more of a security concern
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently use SignNow as our primary e-signature platform. It has all the documents in one place so it's easy for us to access and download if anything was missed.

Easy and friendly to use. I've been using it on a daily basis and usually there is not a problem

The template portion can be better. Sometimes the text boxes are not aliged.

I am able to send leases out digitally and not through physical mail.

Allowing clients to sign documents electronically and the ability to create a chain of approvals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not easily editable after sending. For example, changing a mandatory check box to not mandatory. I had to redo 50 documents to change this one field.

Signing documents for approval and signing contracts.
Super easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
signNow is the easiest signing app I've used - I use it to send documents to others to sign and sometimes to just sign documents myself. It is super customizable and you can add any various fields, send to multiple people, in a specific order, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing bad to say! Maybe it would be nice to be able to make sections directly on the app for people to sign, such as lines that people can sign on - but honestly that may already be a thing!

It just makes sending documents digitally really really quick and easy.
