User Friendly Esign Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use with the ability to merge documents and receive notifications when complete. The app makes easy to stay on top of completed and outstanding items

At his point we do no have any dislikes as the platform is simple to use

What do you like best about the product?
We chose SignNow because it offered the most visually streamlined and straightforward experience for those we were sending our documents to for signature
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are sending documents out for signature with a customized message or instructions in the email, there is nowhere in the SignNow portal to ever retrieve, or even view, those messages again. I've been giving feedback to SignNow about this issue for several years now, but there's not been an update on this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use to collect signatures from our clients.
Could use some additional features, but overall, a great tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the efficiency in creating forms from external documents and adding the signature spaces with SO MUCH EASE.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike when I receive a notification or have a new submission in my signNow list that someone has signed the document, I have no way of identifying who they are without opening the signed document. I use this as a teacher for students and parents to sign, so I send hundreds at a time and it's very time-consuming to have to open every single one to identify whose I have received and mark it somewhere. It would be nice if the title could be a name (even if the signer needs to put it themselves when signing the document) instead of a random number.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to quickly obtain signatures from students and parents electronically that before, on paper, got lost and jumbled and difficult to organize. This really solves that organizational problem and allows me to store them in a safe place as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Name your common files how you need to organize them or when they are signed, they will be very difficult to organize.
Easy and straightforward to use, SignNow is a great electronic document signing platform.
What do you like best about the product?
the simplicity of how the whole user interface works. From uploading documents to creating signature and initial boxes, it's all very intuitive and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I pretty much like everything about the service. I can't really find any negatives to be honest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saved time is the biggest benefit. Not having to meet people in person is a huge convenience to me in my super busy line of work.

SignNow is easy to maneuver and fast to understand.

I do not dislike anything. I am ok with the product.

Great all-around
What do you like best about the product?
The template system within SignNow makes getting documents signed by multiple people seamless and effective. I really enjoy not having to create multiple links to share across my network, but instead can just share one. It's truly been a game-changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a fan of how quickly links seem to expire. I'd prefer if you could set an expiration date on the link. It would also be great if SignNow had the capabilities to detect where certain signature/date fields should go,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the age of COVID it's not realistic for me to get certain forms signed in person. Using digital signatures with SignNow has greatly shortened wasted travel time and allowed me to easily gather, print, and organize multiple forms.

It's well worth your money!

What do you like best about the product?
signNow remembers your most recent settings. So if I have set checkboxes to not required (so they can check either yes or no), then it remembers that setting the next time I log in. The attention to details like that make signNow easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall very happy with the setup. Can't think of anything I dislike

I have clients complete documents electronically that previously had to be printed and completed by hand. This provides a much faster turnaround. PLUS, the documents are always legible!

signNow is easy to use and meets all of my needs for electronic document completion

I like that SignNow has all of the features of its competitors for a fraction of the price - because pricing is not based on volume.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike - sometimes the workflows are a little complicated but once you figure it out it is fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the need to capture client signatures quickly.
Operates just as well as the other much more expensive platforms.

Ease of use and simplicity. The entire platform is mostly self explanatory.

Support is only by chat, depending on the plan you have. Sometimes you need to talk over the phone.

You are saving time with the ease of electronic signing.
