What do you like best about the product?
I am not technically savvy. A previous Director of Projects for our program found SignNow and got us registered to use the platform. As a non-technical person, I appreciate the straightforward, well-communicated steps to follow when uploading a document for e-signing. I also appreciate the notifications about who has signed and when the document has been fully executed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a "dislike", but it might be helpful for SignNow to "nudge" a signer by re-sending the invitation to sign if the request to sign has not been addressed after 5 days. I myself get distracted and often lose a request for me to co-sign a document. An automatic reminder that can be set up when setting up the document would be most helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have two distinct needs from SignNow:
1) For speakers to our organization, Launch Pad Job Club, to sign off on a video release
2) We use SignNow for the club's signature program, Leap to Success, which provides pro bono, short-term, professional projects assistance to other nonprofits utilizing members from the job club. We use the platform for our volunteer agreement, client services agreement, statement of work document, and project acceptance document. I believe it was 2014 when we started using SignNow. Before that time, all of the stated documents were signed in person. They then had to be scanned to be uploaded to our database. Now it's easy for everyone to sign and for the online document to be downloaded for upload to our database. I feel safe in the knowledge our valuable documents are also stored on the SignNow site as a backup.

Overall SignNow is a great servie.

The interface is easy to use, lots of options for fields and documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the My Teams section was better about being able to see the documents each of the users have sent.

I like SignNow's Ease of Use, Templates, Bulk Signing and efficiency

I do not dislike anything about SignNow.

We utilize signnow for internal staff to sign annual policy acknowledgements and customers to sign agreements
Easy to use.

I receive an email the minute someone signs a document.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot have a client sign multiple documents (merged) into one. Each document must be signed one at a time.

Quick and easy e-signature.
A bit quirky, but does the job at a low cost.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it does what it says it is going to do, with not much fuss. The low cost compared to other similar programs is also very good, especially for a non-profit.

Advanced tutorials are lacking and hard to find.

Getting people to sign agreements, saving time with everything being in one place. It is a huge time saver.

Relatively easy to navigate once you're up and running

Getting "up and running" isn't always as intuitive as you'd think. Not all of us think like computer programmers.

Saving time, paper, and resources in being able to send documents for electronic signatures.
The sign now has been helpful to keep info secure

I wish it didn't require a date in the expiration area

sending a simple link with the explanation of terms and credit card info in the email instead of all the attachments has been huge time saver

Great software - meets all my needs

Easy to learn and use. Ability to create templates and send out individual invites to sign.

Don't really like the signnow branding on everything

Easy to get engagement letters signed now - no need to chase people down for signatures

Fair pricing. Easy to use/implement. Clients appreciate you making their lives easier as well.
SignNow - Best Signature App Out There
What do you like best about the product?
Sign now is not only super user friendly it is super easy to track status, fast and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
That the names and emails you save do not appear in alphabetical order
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Offer Letter, Termination Agreement, Seperation Agreements, Warnings all are being sent from SignNow and have yet to have an issue.

You will be happier with this app then you expect
