Good functionality, a little clunky
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability for forms to be shared across accounts, and I like their kiosk functionality. I also like that the forms are automatically saved in Google Drive. Probably my FAVORITE thing is the price - very affordable and offers unlimited forms for that price. I do like that there is the possibility for API integration, although it's on a higher paid plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting forms into the shared folder/template section is a little clunky, and their API functionality isn't available unless you have a larger paid account. If you want more than one account, they market that you only need to buy a basic account for you team, but they don't let you know that those basic accounts can't really do anything relating to some of the team documents...other than see them. We also encountered a bit of a bug when changing the Google Drive folder the documents were supposed to goto - ended up having to get their tech customer service in on it, and it should've been a simple solve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a simplified user experience for events, which the kiosk offers. We also wanted a better team functionality - we did get an upgrade with SignNow, but it could still be better. The MAIN problem we solved was pricing. SignNow is very affordable and offers unlimited signed documents, which is what we needed. Our previous document signing platform (they shall remain nameless) was going to jack up our price tremendously, and also limit the number of documents we could have signed each month...that's what forced us to look into a new platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
it's definitely cheaper than other alternatives and has good functionality for the price. It doesn't have the most bells and whistles, but the price makes it valuable. If you are wanting unlimited signed documents, a decent user functionality, a great kiosk function, and don't mind a little clunkiness for the price, you will be getting a great product in SignNow. I definitely recommend it!
if you are willing to pay a little more, I might upgrade your account and go with one of the higher plans, and get that level for multiple users. I think some of our pressure points would be alleviated at a higher price point, but we are fine with the more affordable choice.

What do you like best about the product?
The price and that it's easy to use for me.

Clients sometimes say it's clunky to sign contracts. Could be more streamlined.

What do you like best about the product?
This service makes it super easy to get legal signatures from clients. I've been using it for years and never had a single person have trouble with the interface or how to operate it. It allows me to close deals more quickly and efficiently. It also offers me a space to store backups of contracts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that a signing link is part of an upgraded plan. Therefore I have to send the email/invite through the website itself, which can lead to it getting automatically spam filed in my clients' email servers. I do have to warn them I am sending it and to be on the lookout for it in junk mail. I don't like that it doesn't auto sense what the fields my be. The app is a little clunky and much harder to use than the desktop site--especially when adding fillable fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I feel like online contracts adds to my credibility of a company embracing modern technology. It helps me close deals that would otherwise take days or weeks to print and mail contracts back and forth. It has helped me add a Covid rider to my current contracts now that we're in this crazy Covid world now. The rider has helped me ensure my clients will operate their weddings within the health and safety standards at the time of their event.

If you're looking for a simple service that is straightforward and allows you to collect signatures without extra unnecessary frills, this is it!

I can have clients easily sign documents without having to meet! Clients love the simplicity and convenience of being able to do this

Sometimes there will be a “bug” and the app will close & I will have to start over what I was working on creating

We can get contracts signed quickly which helps my clients submit their offers right away and keeps us from having to find a time we can meet in person

Easy to use interface, ability to request signatures in multiple steps, possibility to populate templates from external applications with the help of Zapier integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Seems the possibility to add a message to the signing request has disappeared during recent updates. Also, it would be helpful if multiple files could be added to the signing request as reference material.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With partly remote and partly travelling team, chasing signatures has always been cumbersome before. SignNow eased the process greatly. Since it also allowed us to create templates that are automatically populated from Google Sheets data, Citrix Podio and other sources, much of the paperwork-related administration has been reduced. SignNow is one of the most essential tools we use today.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I can only recommend signnow, it's been pleasure to use, and we haven't been so far considering switching to an alternate provider.

Convenient, Secure, Electronic Signature Solution with Automated Workflows
What do you like best about the product?
SignNow has the ability to add every field type that I use including text, date, initial, checkbox, and signature fields. There are even calculated and attachment request fields. Many validation options, the ability to change the formating of fields, and move fields to pixel perfect. Managing documents is easy with a complete history of modifications and signatures. There is the ability to create templates and document group templates. This is extremely helpful for sending recurring groups of documents. The ability to invite to sign in bulk is very nice to have and super helpful when there is the need. Also, the ability to manage the invitation expiration date is helpful for documents that are time sensitive or have a hard cut off date. Support is very helpful and easily accessible by chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lacks the ability to format or change document existing PDF or MS Word text. Once a document has been signed there is not the ability to void fields and send the document again for signing. Moreover, once a document group has been sent for signature there is not the ability to cancel / remove signers from the group. The mobile app does not work as effectively as the web version for signatures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SignNow is being used to handle employee onboarding paperwork. SignNow has been valuable to expediting the onboarding experience for both employees and managers.

Before sending contracts manually took too long. Now we can make signing contracts easier for our clients and we know right away once they've been signed.

Nothing really. If the pricing structure was a bit different we could probably get some of our other offices using it more.
