Only in English and not all the signers speak english
Not sure about legal certification of the whole process. I couldn't receive a legal stamp from SignNow certifying the whole process in front of a third party

does not feel quite as intuitive as docusign

makes me look efficient to send out signature pages to client electronically. documents get signed quicker. transactions close quicker.

I makes sense to use signNow if you have a budget. It is good/solid and will get better. Happy customer.

The price of the product is great. Functionality could be made more simple with correct sizing of boxes.

Having to resize boxes so they fit a spot

It makes my paperwork for real estate transactions very simple and efficient.
SignNow is the best for the price!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can easily create a signing link to email or text to a client. My clients are constantly missing the email notifications so it is essential to be able to send them a signing URL link directly to them. It works easily for my clients on mobile too! Their customer service support and billing support has been very responsive and fast (even on the weekends!)
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more zapier automations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have all of my docs autopopulated with signnow fields so I never have to login and customize fields. The automations that I have built with zapier and SignNow have taken a document creation task that took 25 minutes down to only 1 minute! It is a HUGE time saver.

If you need document signing easily automated, SignNow will work for you very well.

I like that they have a link method of signing, which is easier if you don't have an email.

A longer free trial would be better, especially when clients are busy.

If you are looking for a simple and easy way to digitally sign documents, then you have looked in the right place with SignNow! I like how easy it is to upload a document and add the fields. Send an email to your client to get the document signed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have multiple companies and need to have an account for each. It would be great to have one account that I can switch between the different companies. Other than that, I really cannot think of any dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to quickly get a document signed to avoid slowing down the process if they needed to download, print, sign, scan, and email back a document is a huge problem resolved.

Signnow has a great interface and is well organized. Its really easy to to send requests for e-signature.
The program also stores them. Signnow also has some options that some other solutions dont, such as the ability to have the signature "validation" right under the esignature on the signed document, instead of on a separate page. Signnow support is also responsive. Finally, the price per month is much less then other competitors. Sign up for a demo and give it a try!

Once it's set up it's very easy to use and patients love it! Just click and send.

Had some difficulty with trial period. It says we have 53 days left, but also says it's expired!??

Paperless! We are able to send out so many different forms so that no paper needs to be used! Saves time too!
