What do you like best about the product?
Sign Now has been an indispensable tool for our company, enabling us to stay on top of all our administrative tasks with ease. One of its most valuable features is the ability to obtain client signatures instantly, streamlining our processes and saving us valuable time. We're big fans of Sign Now and the efficiency it brings to our operations!
What do you dislike about the product?
We would love a button were we can have a create a link for signing instead of having to exist it and go back into it

Everything is easy to understand. I didn't need any training on how to use it and I was able to process and send documents right away!

There is nothing I dislike so far and I've been using it for a couple months now.

lots of features which come with it that make it handy like retracting a signature and editing the recipient. my favorite fetaure is that you can resend the request to sign because often times people complain they cannot receive it

just wish it was easier to search and find things which have been signed in the past because sometimes entering key words does not bring up documents with that word in the title

Signing signatures that have short timeframes at the moment. Everything is helpful and convenient for both parties!

Signnow can be glitchy sometimes, it wont recognize some emails addresses

Its solving the problem of signing documents that is time sensitive.
SignNow has transformed our ability to have documents signed virtually!

Ease of document set up, user friendly, ability to password protect for added security.

The renewal process is a bit challenging. Also, the service plans changed and we quickly had to switch the type based on our business needs and number of invites required.

Ability to have client documents signed virtually rather than the need for in person.
Less expensive alternative to DocuSign

Signnow does everything our smaller company needs at a fraction of the price of DocuSign.

It would be nice if when someone fills in a field, it would automatically fill elsewhere.

Love the convenience with sending and receiving. I like how easy it is to find documents to upload and send. The site is straight forward and accessible. We use the site every week to manage our documents. Great program.

I don't have any criticism for the site. I never knew about it before my current job, but I'm glad I was introduced.

The problem SignNow solves is giving our customers the opportunity to sign their documents electronically instead of having to come to the shop. This benefits us by keeping our customer happy.
Great product, but expensive

It's the best signing software used so far, great template furnction with multiple signers
What do you dislike about the product?
Gotten very expensive after going from unlimited envelopes to limited numbers. We're using Joe for more complex templates and other software for others.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use! Also edit documents, get instant signatures so your client does not have to go through the whole scan / fax ordeal. This is great especially when it comes to closing sales, instantly on the call so you dont have to wait, and get deal fatigue.
Its an easy software to implement / integrate into the flow of your work day. The greatest thing is that the document goes straight into your clients inbox, all they have to do is press start and it will auto fill / auto navigate to the portion of the document you need signed.
Also is a great way to upload client documents, or other documents to edit them, make changes, add different signatures etc. You can also create your own templates to use over and over.
I use this multiple times, every single day.
To top this off any time I have had a concern, customer support is very responsive, and rectifies any issues I have instanty.

What do you dislike about the product?
Only function I wish Sign Now had, is the "blank out" or completley clear portions of a document or template. It would save me time from having to edit my origional PDF that is updated in order to change any wording if I need too, rather than to just put a "line" through it
