A Good Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that users can sign by drawing, uploading, or typing their signature. I like that it is Zapier compatible, you can upload attachments, and that it is mobile friendly! It meets all our registration needs and cuts down on a lot of menial administrative work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to access the signing link without upgrading to a higher subscription level. I would also like to be able to multi select documents when I'm archiving or organizing the signed documents. Bulk archiving by date doesn't totally cut it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not have to handle and photocopy tons of paper forms anymore, and the signers have low friction for signing- an invitation gets sent right to their email, and they can sign without having to download any kind of software or app.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great tool with low friction for users and lots of signature options. It works well integrated with zapier and google sheets to send out multiple document copies out for individual signature at once, and is very signer-friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
The price was the biggest factor in going with Sign Now. As a new company, we needed the most cost-effective way to send out our contracts.
I like the Radio Button feature and the conditional options.This service is efficient for office users and easy for signers.The ability to upload forms and create templates. Document groups - like sending a virtual packet. The ability to have multiple people fill out their portion of a document at the same time.

What do you dislike about the product?
Poor support. I haven't had to use the support often, but the times I have it was very difficult and laborious on my end.
The only thing I would ask for that it doesn't offer is for the signer to have options to add their own comments and fields. If the signer had their own set of options they could respond with comments or respond with request for information, forward get extra signatures from another signer, etc.

Sign-now provides my organization access to its security and integration features which puts the deployment of legally binding and widely accepted e-signature across devices on our fingertips. With Signnow, we have been able to create a resilient and scalable electronic digital workflow and automated paperwork across all engagements with clients and partners.Resulting in a faster paperwork process in all of our dealings. I especially cherish the bulk invite feature , which enable us send invites to multiple persons all at once ,by simply creating a single paperwork template and uploading a list of people we'd like to append their signature to the paperwork. This works perfectly in situations where multiple persons are needed to sign a paperwork.

What do you like best about the product?
The convenience this makes on our applicants and on us so we do not have to go to them if they live too far.
What do you dislike about the product?
the colors are too close together I wish required and not required fields were not in the same color family

We no longer have to drive to our people to fill items out they can just do it online or on their smartphones.
Useful for filling in forms and signing

I can easily fillout forms and sign them myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of today, I dont believe the signatures are approved and valid like Docusign docs. I'm not happy about the app requiring a download before someone can sign the forms. Docusign doesn't require this. Ise use SignNow to fillout forms, then I use Docusign to get signatures.

Get system for small businesses
What do you like best about the product?
In own and operate a small business and this has been great in helping to close more business. I was printing out large amounts of paperwork for the client to sign before we could start helping them with their business. The problem was that the client felt overwhelmed and would delay in signing it until they took it home and read all the paperwork. Now that we have SignNow, they can look at it online and sign our agreement faster. Plus it saves time for me and my business trying to get this part complete. The customer is always looking for the easy button and this helps. We can also add this to our tabet setup so customers can sign up on the go with our team. Driving down operating costs while maintaining a high customer expearence is what I strive for as a business owener and this provides the tools needed to grow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time it takes me to fill in and size all the spaces. This is a personal issue, not one that is related to the overall programming of the site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster closing of contracts. Using your templates is my next project with your system.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This system is the highest value for the price in any system out there in the marketplace. They should try it out and see how much it can help their business grow and succeed.

What do you like best about the product?
It is user friendly and I cannot navigate the system very easily. The options of being able to copy the link and place it on another page allows me to use sign now very easily with other programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot add or remove any pages to an existing template. This becomes a bit challenging as our forms are updated constantly so I have to copy a template and create a new, instead of just inserting a page in the existing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have had a good experience thus far. When I used to use Docusign, it would take upwards of 20 minutes to receive the signed document from the client. With sign now, it is immediate which is fantastic, especially when deadlines need to be met.

I have utilized SignNow to create agreements for 3 different businesses over numerous years, simplifying my transactions and helping me to do business all across the world.

I do not like that SignNow requires, those who sign documents that I send, to download the SignNow APP.

Great system
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly, easy access, clients can use it fast and use it. Clients can use the system through their phones. Easy to understand how the app works. Also the price is pretty reasonable for the type of work I use it for . Guides the clients through signatures and what they need to sign next on the application. The simpler the better, the more easy access the better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't edit documents once its ready to be sent. I would be nice to edit the form at any given time through the process or edit the signature. Also the client is able to skip the fields once they click or tab on the highlight area. It would be good if they cant go to the next tab if is not fully signed. I would be nice to have the app in options to also in Spanish for Spanish speakers. It uploads pretty slow and one by one separately. For signatures it would be good to have them options on size. Also for imputing the text to have options on the size we would like on it. Also for options for signatures to have more variances on the types we would like to choose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None at this point. Almost all the way its set up its pretty good. Overall the app has its small issues but its good for what is meant to be doing. I am satisfied so far with all the application and how its working.

The prompt to the app for people who I send documents to with request time sign. Downloading the app trips some people up.
