Coursera is the best study platform on the Internet.
What do you like best about the product?
I love Coursera as a platform and it is so great that you have at your disposal hundreds of courses in elite universities, with a specific program and at the best cost in the market.
Its interface is the most incredible, because it has a very ergonomic and minimalist system. You can locate any area of study through the filter and from the main menu you can find all the tools offered by the platform.
It seems to me that the work of Coursera is a fundamental pillar in our generation, because in itself our generation bets on virtual education and to be able to have access to the model, program and style of courses of universities like Harvard, Oxford, etc. It is magnificent.
In addition, if we talk about the cost, it is really accessible, first of all you find many free courses that maintain the quality and the program of those that are paid. And secondly, I can't overlook the fact that the paid courses are quite affordable.
The community and the contacts that you can create through the platform, also seems to me a very valuable tool, because having a network of contacts who are dedicated to the same thing as you and see how they manage their obstacles of the cart, well, many times it inspires you.

I honestly have no disagreement with Coursera as a platform, in my opinion it is the best and there is nothing I don't like about it.

It has helped me to have access to higher education and consequently to grow as a professional.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You must take into account the language in which the course is taught and in case it is different from a language you master, you must verify that it is subtitled in your language, because it does not always have subtitles in your language.

FIX YOUR SUPPORT. There's absolutely no reason for your support teams to take 14 days to respond.

The courses are self-paced. The instructors are usually active in discussion groups as well and respond to any queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Auditing courses doesn't let us view quizzes. Even if we don't get certificates, we should be allowed to attempt the quiz.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Courses range from Beginner to Advanced Level. So you can learn a completely new topic or concept right from scratch and keep building on it.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the way Coursera is set up to learn at your own pace. It's quite helpful how the interface provides a lot of insight about the time something will take to complete, how many lessons are left in a unit, etc. There's plenty of variety though and the platform is flexible in accommodating various different topics of classes that might require a more customized layout.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Coursera would take on more instructor based courses; it would really give them a leg up in the game. There's just not a whole lot of accountability when most assignments are peer reviewed. It would also help students stick to the class and finish assignments on time. I also wish Coursera would continue to try different ways to set up Course interfaces to make a better learning and course experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Coursera offers courses for almost every field and from the most reputed educational institutions across the globe. Opens a gate for everyone to get the best knowledge from the best players in the market. Have courses from Harvard, Oxford, etc., in the respective institutes' teaching styles and professors. It is for anyone seeking to gain world-class knowledge on any subject or topic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some courses are in specific languages, it should also provide translation or subtitles support for every language.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had used it to gain personal knowledge on topics related to my field. It has become an everyday companion for learning and gaining more knowledge to grow in my career. It has helped me in getting world-class content from the best institutes around the globe. Course exercises are also well in line with gaining overall confidence on the subject or topic.

It is recommended for anyone seeking to explore world-class knowledge on almost any topic as it covers almost all topics from every field. Also, gain skill certification on successful completion of the course.

The study material was good and getting practical knowledge on the topic was good. And the online forum was helping in easily discussion of topics.

Nothing really the course content is good and the discussion forum is very helpful.

Coursera has pre-recorded instructor videos, which is helpful for individual pacing but also lacks in authenticity. It would be beneficial to have real-time videos to have questions answered immediately rather than having a bot respond within a couple of business days.
