What do you like best about the product?
Out of the box configurations for the integrations that are based on standarts like saml,oauth, oidc is pretty straight-forward and easy to do
What do you dislike about the product?
In cases of legacy application integration needs it is a bit hard to integrate or find a workaround for your case

What do you like best about the product?
Okta is mainly used to verify the user's identity for authentication to access different applications within the organization. Okta initiates a push notification, or the users can authenticate their identity with the help of a passcode. It is also used for user provision and governance of tools, Identity and Access management.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is sometimes a lag in the push notifications with the user's request, which tends to cause the user to access the application and opt for a passcode manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through okta, one can manage user profile settings like personal info, password, extra verification (includes RSA token, security questions and authenticators), secure image and display language. Also, one can manage their preferences for UI layout. Okta keeps the updates notified with its notifications, and users can never forget their recent activity as all the activities are maintained for reference.

What do you like best about the product?
Iten powers identity for the internet, especially if you are with an organization with high security standards, providing platform services with many potentials and supporting many packaged products.
What do you dislike about the product?
The trouble is that setting up took time, and if you forget your password to Okta, you essentially lose access to everything because it is all connected. The verification methods are not easy, and even resetting passwords takes a long time. You might need your IT department to intervene for help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's due to its ease of use and wide variety of features that it offers, it is a complete platform that gives you access to your organization apps and by pushing the code needed to get into certain sites for my work.

The process of login in is not very noticeable.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we want to apply for new apps, it doesn't have a list of available apps to check.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Associating apps(and I don't need to manage many accounts).

What do you like best about the product?
No need to memorize multiple passwords and user names. Instead, a single point of authentication for all services.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes authenticating from a mobile phone is not straightforward (e.g., authenticating to Zoom app on the phone).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem to solve is managing credentials to various services at the workplace. Okta's benefiting me by saving me time and allows me to remember a single username and password for all services.

What do you like best about the product?
I can keep all of my passwords and such in it, making it easy to log on to a lot of places without remembering a bunch of passwords everywhere. It's a password manager for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to use the VPN to access it. Makes my computer really hot and slows down video during zoom meetings. Then when I turn the VPN off it blocks SSO access to the things I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It benefits the whole group by keeping out unauthorized users from the core systems. That protects my client data and allows for flexible access privileges for users.

- Forget one passcode and you are locked out of every application that is in collaboration
- Users have limited features, mostly set by administrators
- Help Desk are responsive as expected MOST of the times

- Worry free from remembering all passwords
- Quick and easy access to their services based on your role assigned
- They even identify/remediate suspicious behavior quickly

Mostly quick but sometimes forgets you
What do you like best about the product?
Quick, easy, and accessible! Most times I only need to click on a couple of buttons to get connected.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every now and then, for no apparent reason, it forgets my email and password and I need to log in from scratch.

Easly logging in on my company apps safely.
Integration of Okta and other apps
What do you like best about the product?
Okta is easy to use on PC and can act as plug in to browser, making it very easily accessible. It also gives a landing page where we can have all the apps integrated with Okta to be accessible from one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its interface when running on mobile is awkward. I cannot place my tablet on landscape mode when using Okta. Also it cannot remember my credentials on mobile so I need to do it over and over again
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta can integrate with many other apps to act as the source of IAM authentication. We integrate Okta with our AD so that our AD can remain as our single source of truth, even when AD cannot integrate with so many apps
