Enterprise Ready IAM package with advance security features
What do you like best about the product?
Authentication and authorisation service integration is quite simple and powerfull.
What do you dislike about the product?
No cons seems to be there since I have started using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identity Access Management.

Okta is a great SSO tool
What do you like best about the product?
Love how easy it is to use SSO for all apps at the business - very fast and easy across all platforms and makes it every app super accessible. very useful tool tbh
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes on certain apps the login isn't 100%, like it'll be stuck on the login screen and you need to check your phone for the 2fa notification that the okta app didn't tell you about
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta Customer Identity is helping with a SSO solution for this company, it is benefitting me by making it so that I just have to sign in with okta every where i go and don't have to manage a bunch of passwords

What do you like best about the product?
I really love using Okta because my work applications is organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I dislike about Okta is that the logins is having issues sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta Customer Identity helps me organize my applications and the logins is related with apps.
Best to manage a centralized Identity management
What do you like best about the product?
Okta Workforce identity is very easy to setup , their is plenty of integration, ready to use, it's very easy to deploy

Honestly not that much, may be sometimes the ux could be a bit more efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To have a centralized repository where it's easy to manage all the access of our workforce. for the onboarding of course, but also for the boarding

Great solution for workplace security
What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can use okta to securely log into other softwares and don't need to worry aboutmanually typing all the login information each time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every once in a while, Okta will crash. When that happens, I'm unable to work as I can't login to anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a secure sing sign-on solution that keeps track of my identity so that I can log into other platforms seemlessly.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and naviagte. The dashboard and everything in the portal is straightforwared and easy to find. Very user fridnley interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It's a great IAM managing application.

The SSO feature and the ability to SSO into applications with not password.
My Information is secure with Okta
What do you like best about the product?
I like this software as it provides numerous ways for my work to verify that I'm logging into my account. You can never be too careful with your personal information. OKTA does a wonderful job of ensuring everything is secure and offers numerous ways to authenticate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how long it takes to authenticate yourself and how the authenticator app isnt very user-friendly. Otherwise, it's pretty user-friendly when pulled up on a pc/laptop
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta helps my company authenticate it's users and allows them a variety of ways such as security code, secret question, recovery email, and the option to use the authenticator app. It's very beneficial to employees because it helps us make sure that our personal information is secure.

Okta is a staple
What do you like best about the product?
I like the FastPass that uses my fingerprint (from my MacBook) to quickly authenticate and log me in. The process is quick and easy. This is a requirement for something that I will log into at the beginning of every day and secures my most important work credentials. I highly recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The administration is where the magic happens... or not. I have been at companies with an excellent rollout of Okta, enabling fast, efficient work. I have been at other companies that didn't follow best practices and the experience was horrible. I know Okta allows companies to set up their instances however they want, but I'd like to see a few more limitations on companies using Okta to block work getting done in the name of security and more incentivising companies to use the amazing power and speed that is available within the tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta solves our SSO and IAM needs. We can manage users via groups, onboard and offboard very quickly, and enable SaaS tool owners to self-govern their applications. The flexibility with Okta is both its greatest strength and its potential weakness. With a great admin, Okta is the best solution hands down for any SSO or IAM management.
