Integration and usage is seem less
What do you like best about the product?
Integration with the SaaS solution and usage is seem less and less complex. Security of the product is good as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find anything that I dislike however due to the security breach customer do have so many queries on usage of okta. But the security of the product is satisfactory
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta is fulfilling the security compliance requirement and also the engineering efforts. Productivity is increased

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it saves most of my passwords so I do not have to remember them. Easy 2nd factor authentication
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not save all my passwords. Sometimes it will say that it saved the password, but does not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster login times, no need to waste time trying to remember a password.
Best SSO tool for business login security
What do you like best about the product?
Okta provides the best security for your business tools login, as i wanted to connect to my office VPN or office internal tools, it is providing the best login code process both with push notifications and a 6-digit code system. The notifications are very much real-time without any delay.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notifications are not visible or bypassing when I am using particular applications on mobile. I need to manually open the okta app to verify the push or get the code. If it can push the notification over the current mobile application also, that will be more smooth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta is providing a simple, smooth yet effective SSO security cover for all the logins related to business/work. Any intruders or unauthorized persons cannot log in or access my workspace or data with okta verification. It added an extra layer of security and verification.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the idea of trust Federation and TTL for API keys. I also like the integration aspect of hooked up with JavaScript tools such as angular and Vue. Multi-factor Authentication, extension of okta framework are some great features

The pricing of the product is not something to my liking
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okay helping me integrate existing applications for trust and also Helps integrate applications with the cloud. Additionally it helps to integrate okta with azure active directory. Mobile authentication is a great feature

Out of the box configurations for the integrations that are based on standarts like saml,oauth, oidc is pretty straight-forward and easy to do
What do you dislike about the product?
In cases of legacy application integration needs it is a bit hard to integrate or find a workaround for your case

What do you like best about the product?
Okta is mainly used to verify the user's identity for authentication to access different applications within the organization. Okta initiates a push notification, or the users can authenticate their identity with the help of a passcode. It is also used for user provision and governance of tools, Identity and Access management.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is sometimes a lag in the push notifications with the user's request, which tends to cause the user to access the application and opt for a passcode manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through okta, one can manage user profile settings like personal info, password, extra verification (includes RSA token, security questions and authenticators), secure image and display language. Also, one can manage their preferences for UI layout. Okta keeps the updates notified with its notifications, and users can never forget their recent activity as all the activities are maintained for reference.

What do you like best about the product?
Iten powers identity for the internet, especially if you are with an organization with high security standards, providing platform services with many potentials and supporting many packaged products.
What do you dislike about the product?
The trouble is that setting up took time, and if you forget your password to Okta, you essentially lose access to everything because it is all connected. The verification methods are not easy, and even resetting passwords takes a long time. You might need your IT department to intervene for help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's due to its ease of use and wide variety of features that it offers, it is a complete platform that gives you access to your organization apps and by pushing the code needed to get into certain sites for my work.

The process of login in is not very noticeable.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we want to apply for new apps, it doesn't have a list of available apps to check.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Associating apps(and I don't need to manage many accounts).

What do you like best about the product?
No need to memorize multiple passwords and user names. Instead, a single point of authentication for all services.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes authenticating from a mobile phone is not straightforward (e.g., authenticating to Zoom app on the phone).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem to solve is managing credentials to various services at the workplace. Okta's benefiting me by saving me time and allows me to remember a single username and password for all services.
