Convenient way to keep your accounts protected!
What do you like best about the product?
Okta makes it easy to maintain distinct passwords for every account I have, but access them through a single Okta log-in, using 2-Factor Authentication. Furthermore, I am able to change just one Okta password and it automatically reconfigures the log in for all my Okta apps/tiles, like magic!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are issues syncing between Google Chrome and Okta, when it comes to my Google Account. Google Chrome will show I'm signed in for one of my Gmail accounts, but Okta isn't synced with it, which gives me an error. It might just be a problem with how my company has configured it, or a problem with how it's integrated with Google Chrome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We might use it for more purposes than the ones I checked that I just don't know about, as I'm not an Okta administrator.

I like that Okta is easy to use. It's simple to add additional tiles and streamlines the process of using multiple software tools in your day to day.

I dislike having to verify my identity so often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta simplifies the process of using multiple software tools for one job. I like having a landing page that I can go to where everything is at my fingertips.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It would be wonderful to not have to verify identity as often as we do.

It makes monitoring all our apps very easy

What do you like best about the product?
I like this program really because I can give security and comfort to my customers with my products and services thanks to this platform, and thanks to all the details I have in it it, it can be located in a cloud that allows me access from everywhere, following a brief authentication and without decreasing the security levels provided to me by Okta. In fact, this technology has easily adapted to many of our business needs, enabling us to combine this with other systems, making this a robust system, and I avoid blocking other programs by inserting multiple incorrect passwords while trying to save new passwords.
What do you dislike about the product?
In fact, I don't like anything about this program, because it was very effective in our company and we had no trouble using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta has saved our company's workers much time, as it took time to ask the agency responsible for assistance to submit a number of applications before the outstanding system was implemented. Okra has made the company more productive as it can now perform different tasks easily, and our team deals with it more relaxed, lower stress levels and create an outstanding workspace for all. In fact, it has managed to work in large scope, increase performance and promote the growth of the company. The program protects important information on the company with sound protection.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Okta, without a doubt, as it offers the most assistance and saves you time and money. It is a big, multifaceted structure that serves large and small businesses alike.

What do you like best about the product?
The greatest aspect about Okta is that all applications the staff will use are conveniently viewed. Administrators also have the choice to restrict the exposure to applications, thus ensuring only the most appropriate devices for your employees. Login to Okta with Google Authenticator is a swift and uncomplicated process and guarantees that accounts always remain safe.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any grievances about Okta, but I only have positive interactions with its functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta enables my organization to integrate all its apps in just one location. Users don't have to go looking for this application every now and then in the cluttered laptop. Okta is incredibly intuitive and easy and offers a safety check to protect its customers against undesirable intrusion. Okta is the first website which I open each morning and which helps me to plan my day easily.

Please look at the list of programs to be accessed and consider automating supply. If so, look at the solutions on the basis of the device in the list of applications available today.

Not having to remember passwords, also not having a huge "notes" sheet in my phone to reference.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes passwords get over saved with the wrong one and I have to ping my admin. A minor inconvenience, probably user error on my part.

Security, compliance, SSL, ability to work more efficiently. Tons.

Don't look back, GET IT.
Forget the days when you have to access different websites by typing URLs and remembering passwords

Okta has created a wonderful platform to access all the applications you want your employees to use with single sign-on. New employees log in for the first time and immediately have dozens of applications available to them.
It has a great chrome extension that gives you access to your links from your toolbar. The smartphone app, Okta Verify, is fast and works well. I can access all my applications with just one app on my phone from anywhere in the world.

What do you dislike about the product?
It keeps on asking me to save the credentials even when I click on "Not for this app". God forbid if I have to go on the same website the same day, it will again ask the same which can be irritating sometimes

Single sign-on for all the applications which saves a lot of time and we don't have to remember the passwords.

We would recommend this if your organization has lot many applications and if you do not have a solution in place for single sign on.
Okta saves you from password recovery attempts
What do you like best about the product?
It only takes a few clicks to start using the software I need to use at work. The push/two-factor authentication feature adds a layer of security that passwords don't seem to make the cut for anymore. I like seeing all my most-used apps on one dashboard, and being able to categorize them in tabs by use case.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to complain about, really. Maybe make the UI more modern-looking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Forgetting a specific password for a specific login can be frustrating and time consuming. With Okta it only takes one password to access all your apps/software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's great for large organizations (500+ employees) and definitely worth the investment if it means minimizing the time it takes recalling a couple of passwords/being logged out from an account that you need to use immediately.
