Okta is quite simple and user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Makes saving saving passwords easy especially since we have so many different accounts and platforms these days.
What do you dislike about the product?
It asks me to save the same password to the same platform multiple times and there ends up being duplicates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time through simple logins and saved passwords. Adds up to being a lot of time each day
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The best quality of the tool is how simple it is and easy to use. I haven't tried other similar tools but find Okta quite helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Stores passwords for 1 click logins. Can organize apps and programs into categories. Can add your own apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes buggy when the 1 click login doesn't work. It acts like it logged you in but didn't. Only every so often though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Password protection, easier logins, company security with SSO/2FA.
Work well, easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to store all your sites and passwords in it. Pretty straightforward application and it has an easy-to-use mobile app as well. Adding a site is pretty simple too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Aside from the inconvenience of having to log into something twice, there isn't much I really dislike. The only thing that would make it better is if it didn't constantly require re-signing in, and multiple authentications per day for the same application sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We did not have a system in place for multi factor authentication, so this solution made sense for our firm. We now are able to meet more compliance standard and certifications.
Very convenient MFA system
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Okta can verify all of my apps within one system by rapidly challenging my cell phone. I like that I can approve the challenge directly from the home screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that with the latest iOS update, the approval from the home screen requires one more click and the "approve" button actually moves as it loads. Perhaps this is a glitch, but it starts more than halfway down the screen and as I go to click it, it moves to the top third of the home screen. Gets me every time!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are securely managing multiple applications with Okta's multi-factor authentication. It allows us to move between secure applications without extra passwords rapidly, and it will remember you for 8 hours.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Okta which displays all approved software on the dashboard. I also enjoy Okta verify that comes with Okta
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like it when Okta Verify sends do not challenge for the next 7 days, and this rarely happens but we have a lot of users changing their credential within that 7 day period causing Okta to not start a new session and still insisted using the old credential.

I use Okta everyday to help reset MFA when users have new phones

It is a bit overpriced as compared to other solutions.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta SSO is used across our entire organization as a two factor authentication method to ensure security and prevent unauthorized access. Our experience with Okta has been smooth and it has ensured tight security across the enterprise. It makes accessing all application easy from a single portal without having to login to different services. It has also made onboarding new hires easy and streamlined. It has a pretty intuitive UI making it easy to navigate through.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can have all the sites and apps you use in one place, they are also secure which means that your information is safe and taken care of. signing in with one log-in for all your apps saves you time and effort to open them all in different windows. This keeps my tabs organized and also my virtual workspace clean. It is safe and also easy to add new apps. It has provided that extra layer of security to all my apps and its functionality has increased, apps work greatly, and it is cool to have all your apps secure in one single app.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not very customizable which is not a major letdown but this is something that can be improved. Sometimes it gets frozen but not all the time but it can take some time to respond. Creating lists is not that user-friendly but it works fine not a major complaint. Mobile App does not work as smooth as the web app but not a huge letdown. Still one of the major gripes is if you are not the admin and you lose your password, there is no way to get a response right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing apps, security issues, app finding issues but mostly security since it requires a login and own password plus an authentication to log in, this keeps our credentials and information we use to work secure and safe and also in one place and this is extremely helpful to find the many apps we use to work with just a single click.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is super safe and secure, organized and very helpful to keep all your apps in one place, it is very user-friendly, with a single log-in you have access to every useful app, keep in mind that the mobile app is not as smooth as the desktop app but it still works fine and does it jobs very well.

What do you like best about the product?
This has been the first single sign-on software I have easily implemented in my own work life. Some simple instructions from the IT team and I was up and running and haven't had any problems since. We also integrated with Beyond Identity, which has made it even easier and more secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only annoying part is when I don't have my phone in the same room so I can't access the Okta Verify app easily. I have to go find my phone to log in to my email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A secure single-sign-on software that is easy to use for a large corporation. It's been implemented company-wide and we see very few complaints or issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Its a single sign on application which secure access to cloud apps such as -Office 365, Confluence, WOW, Gmail. slack, zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's buggy on the frontend. sometimes keep getting fake log in notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The powerful feature is that we can define roles and grant permissions to our users and employees to access applications at various granularity levels.
