Okta is good for storing passwords and logging in easily
What do you like best about the product?
Okta allows me to easily access my accounts across my company only needing to log into my Okta account once.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I currently dislike about Okta. Perhaps it could be used remotely as well, but I have never tried that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me access to all my websites and applications very quickly and easily.

There are lot of challeges having an SSO with Salesfroce to provision new user account. It would be great if it is easy to create a login with Salesfroce with right permissions.

Once logged into Okta, it can log me into other systems, even if they don't support SSO.

It's difficult to change your username once it's been set up.

Quick access with much higher level security.

Okta consolidates all of the applications that I use and makes logging in more efficient through single sign on capability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Okta does its job very well. All of the applications are presented clearly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta is used to access all of my various applications and subscriptions. It saves a lot of login time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend Okta. Managing passwords that require updates are a big pain. Okta's single sign on and interface that allows easy access to your applications is a must have.
