What do you like best about the product?
The application is very easy to use - Ease of login, all the single sign-on apps are in one place. Sign on authentication.

Nothing much to dislike about this application within my use.

Doesn’t integrate well with ADP, which I used to utilize often.

A huge timesaver. No need to re-enter passwords.

I like that Okta has a handy app available for two factor authentication.

Session will timeout quickly after a short period of inactivity.

I love Okta as a password keeper and that our company’s IT department can simply add me to new softwares, without work on my side.

What do you dislike about the product?
B/c Okta requires a login every 7-days, using it on a mobile device is painful. It recognizes if you have logged in recently, to give you access to your apps, but that’s on a browser by browser basis. So on a mobile phone, nearly ever app you try to log into has its own browser, therefore no cookies persist and you have to login every time. No time savings here, actually takes more time.

Solves the need to remember software URL bookmarks or passwords.

What do you like best about the product?
Okta integrates great with my phone and lets me sign in to all the apps I use on a daily basis without worrying about security. I really value Okta as a tool to prevent unauthorized access while keeping my devices logged in.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be annoying to have to bother with answering the push notification on my phone. Also, the option to stay signed in lasts only 4 hours, which can be an obstacle if I want to work through a long plane ride, for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Okta to DFA my sign-ins across multiple apps, and Okta has made doing this easy and almost thought free.

What do you like best about the product?
Okta is an awesome tool for our large organization that uses a wide variety of online platforms. It's basically a one-stop-shop for accessing our online portals and provides secure authentication.
What do you dislike about the product?
Okta can be glitchy at times, occasionally signing users out of their accounts or not working properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta allows the employees in our large organization the ability to access online applications portals with secure authentication. It makes signing in to many different applications MUCH easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We have been using Okta for the number of employees in our large organization. I don't know how it would work for smaller organizations, but it is an excellent resource.
Set it & Forget it Security
What do you like best about the product?
I have it set up as a Chrome extension and it helps to quickly sign me into our secure systems. It has an Apple Watch app so I can get push notifications sent right to my watch and easily approve them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really nothing to complain about. You have to set a long password and update it frequently, but it works flawlessly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have stringent security requirements and Okta helps us keep our passwords secure.
