Pretty efficient 95% of the time
What do you like best about the product?
Makes logging into several network secure systems easy without having to remember 20 different passwords. Making multiple resources secure and easy to access
What do you dislike about the product?
Some sites have trouble integrating, causing okta to try to “override” other log in info causing an error. Also, not very simple to remove previous log in information on some sites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to update across platforms 1 login information instead of multiple ones having to be updated constantly. Saves much time and frustration.
Easy & simple!
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, okta is easy to use, organized, and helpful. The tool is really intuitive to understand, and helpful when it prompts you to ask if you'd like to save your login for a site. Very fast when logging you in, too!
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI looks a little dated, it definitely could be polished up more. Doesn't interfere with using the product though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a centralized SSO is helpful for access management and usability!
Simple and Fast
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that it is all on my phone. No more key fob and trying to enter in the code before it changes again. Or worse, you lose the rather expensive fob!
What do you dislike about the product?
From a user stand point, not much to dislike. It can be quirky at times, but that is most likely my internet provider

Easy interface and ability to log in to multiple apps without worrying about remembering credentials.

Nothing comes to mind in terms of dislikes or limitations. It does exactly what it is designed to do.

The ability to securely access my desired application was helpful to meet business needs, but also made it super easy for me to gain access to what I needed access to so I could get my work done faster!
What do you dislike about the product?
The name was little odd so when I heard a co-worker say it in his native language I assumed it was a language barrier — nope, just a unique name!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business is able to feel comfortable with the level of security Okta has implemented and technology becomes a tool for getting the work done, instead of a distraction or a hurdle.

Sometimes you get booted off and need to use your phone to log in again.

What do you like best about the product?
Too often, single sign-on solutions are burdensome for end users, as is a requirement for multi-factor authentication. Okta has made this seamless; log in anywhere and get an immediate push notification to your smartphone or, even better, your Apple Watch.
What do you dislike about the product?
The rollout has been slow—or at least, slower than I would have anticipated. A number of our SaaS solutions are compatible with Okta out of the box; others require more work. That said, Okta is becoming the clear leader, so this will become easier over time as more integrations are provided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provisioning and de-provisioning users in a single place, enabling single sign-on with multi-factor authentication across a wide variety of SaaS applications.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Switch applications to enforce authentication via Okta one by one, starting with the one application no user in your organization can live without—since this will ensure that everyone is registered.

Nothing i like using it works great and is great for us employees
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well it has all apps thatlead to a service for work like for example if i want to check my paystub i would click the oracle app to get there and so on. Down side is it sometimes has a slow response time but nit much

Its good i recommend it because it brings everything to one place

I cannot think of anything to dislike. Okta does everything we wanted plus some.

We are saving our help desk from endless tickets for signing into website.

If employees are not tech savvy, Okta allows for ease of use
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit trivial, but a 16 character password is required for our company. Not sure if that's internally required or an Okta requirement.
